CommCare is a no code platform that allows users with minimal background in app development to design and build digital tools for Android, mobile web, and desktop that serve the unique needs of their programs. Built to be offline first, CommCares case management features allow its users to collect longitudinal data and offer services to their communities in the most remote corners of the world. The platform also supports SMS, multimedia, GPS, and multiple languages, while ensuring full HIPAA and GDPR compliance.

Dimensions summary
This contract-based listing has two pricing dimensions that work together. You buy an Enterprise CommCare subscription, which sets up your organization on the platform. You then pay for System Users, which include administrators, app builders, and end users. Your total cost scales with how many System Users you add. This lets pricing grow from a small pilot to a national rollout as your team expands.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A System User is any person with access to the platform. This includes administrators who manage settings, app builders who create applications, and end users who collect data in the field. Each person with an account counts as one System User toward your total.
Both dimensions bill together. The Enterprise CommCare subscription establishes your organization on the platform. System Users are charged separately based on how many people you add. Your System User count drives most of the variable cost as your team grows.
Your cost scales with the number of System Users. Adding administrators, app builders, or end users increases your System User count. This lets you start with a small pilot and expand to a larger rollout as your program grows.

What do you like best about the product?
CommCare is a powerful tool. We have built a robust data-collection system for a variety of mental health metrics, all connected through prompts and skip logic to ensure sound case management. It makes our job easier to provide the best type of care, without having to worry about the technology we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m a bit of a nerd, and when I don’t grasp something quickly, I get a little bummed. If there’s any way to simplify how it’s used so someone can naturally understand its full capabilities, that would be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We provide mental health services within primary care in Uganda. We have dozens of counselors working with thousands of clients, all receiving responsive treatment and each at a different point in their session count. CommCare keeps all of this organized seamlessly, which gives us real peace of mind.

What do you like best about the product?
The report section has enabled us to monitor forms submission and workers activity. Through permissions we are able to moderate who view our web based application and also customize their view. The broadcast and sms allows us to relay information to a large number of our team members. Activities by workers can now be monitored at the palm of our hands. CommCare is also cheap and affordable
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing is dislikeable with commcare. The help site comes in handy in helping us where we are stuck. Any call of distress is met by an answer of relief.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through commcare we can create applications without having to do programming and coding. We are able to monitor our workers activities and forms submission. Communication has been improved in our organisation thanks to the well to do features in commcare. Creating and saving reports is easier and enjoyable

Commcare is cheap and affordable and will help you and your team to have a workflow system that is easy to monitor and can deliver quality results. Integrating with commcare is the best decision you can make for your organisation

What do you like best about the product?
CommCare has a well organized user interface ensuring a workspace that is neat and orderly. Easy messaging platform that allows us to convey and relay messages to our employees through a broadcast. Also the ability of CommCare to work online ensures uninterrupted workflow. Easy reporting comes in handy for us through the reporting platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Visits to the help site always absolve us from any shortcoming or queries that we may have or encounter. The help site alleviates any problem we encounter as they help in troubleshooting

The data export tools allow for us to bring external data. We are able to create applications without coding and all bulky operations of creating applications. Commcare ability to work offline is helping us collect data uninterruptedly .Through CommCare, we have been able to monitor our workers activity through reporting and submission of reports. we can manage the permissions that are granted to our various personnels according to the type of user.
