    Dimagi’s Implementation Services help public sector and nonprofit partners design, configure, and deploy tailored case management, data collection, and service delivery tools using CommCare, our open-source Low-Code Application Platform (LCAP). This offering supports clients in achieving fast, flexible, and secure deployments of CommCare applications across a wide range of public health and social service domains, including disease surveillance and care coordination, behavioral health, maternal and child health, and more.

    Dimagi has successfully implemented CommCare for large-scale state and city programs, including in Colorado, New York, New Jersey, Alaska, Massachusetts and more. Our implementation services include collaborative requirements gathering, agile configuration, data model design, and rollout support, all focused on building systems that are user-centered, interoperable, and secure. Training and knowledge transfer activities are embedded in the implementation process to support system sustainability and administrative ownership.
