What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards were consistently updated, the integrations kept our information synchronized, and over time, the ROI became clearer with each smooth project delivery.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the work happened during the implementation process, so some minor issues were faced there with UI limitations and complex applications, but all were sorted out for good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were dealing with inconsistent performance, short-term ROI, and a lack of clear evidence of the work being done. Those concerns were eased by the fact that many small tasks were handled efficiently, which freed us up to focus on delivering results rather than spending time managing them.

While choosing Quickbase, my thoughts were:
Integrations won’t probably save much time.
AI is probably just another buzzword.
After using Quickbase, my perspective changed as:
Integrations play an essential part, as nobody is copying data between systems anymore.
AI recommendations actually improve decisions throughout the day.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything should be obvious, was my first thought with it. But in reality, some advanced options definitely require exploration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, our overall impression was somewhat disappointing because we still have to update separate trackers, and the direct tools will always end up holding different information. On top of that, new employees may need weeks to adjust.
That said, Quickbase not only helped shape our project, program, and portfolio management well, but it also changed our mindset, with smooth performance overall.

Faster onboarding helps new team members start contributing sooner, which naturally eases the workload for more experienced employees. From a performance standpoint, this platform is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing offered by Quickbase becomes easier to justify with the passage of time, but the initial investment may feel heavy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With improved UI/UX and smoother performance, we feel more confident trusting the platform for faster project updates and more actively maintained portfolios. Since adopting Quickbase, we’ve all noticed a clear, positive difference in our day-to-day workflow.

I really enjoy using Quickbase every day, and for the most part it’s a stress-free experience. That said, its AI-powered capabilities, along with a few of its integrations, make me pause and rethink my choice at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, my biggest worries were about the platform’s performance, new staff onboarding, and, most importantly the project management process. But with Quickbase, I simply focus on getting my side of work done and letting Quickbase take case of behind the scenes.

What do you like best about the product?
I didn’t realize how valuable Quickbase was until I stopped relying on spreadsheets; with Quickbase, everything felt calm and clearly organized. What stood out even more was that as our workflow grew, the platform continued to perform well, and the support remained solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t experience any problem with Quickbase, as it entirely changed our way of managing projects in a good way. Integrations, onboarding, and performance all worked in our favour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn’t notice much change until I stopped chasing updates. After that, the platform continued to deliver consistent performance. We also added integrations, although the benefits were almost lost due to duplicate data entries. By the end of the year, it delivered a solid ROI, with improved efficiency throughout.
