You buy access by plan level, priced per user per month and billed annually. The Team Plan and Business Plan represent two capability levels, each sold in user units. The Enterprise level offers two options: an Enterprise User (Annual) Bundle and an Enterprise User volume unit for scaling seat counts. All users in an account share one plan. Each plan carries a platform minimum, so your total reflects both plan level and user quantity. You add users within a chosen plan rather than mixing plans across your account.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as a billed user, and is there a minimum charge beyond user seats?
Each user is a person with account access, billed per user per month and paid annually. Every plan also carries a platform minimum fee. Your total reflects both this minimum and your user count, so small accounts still meet the minimum regardless of seat number.
Can I place some users on the Team Plan and others on the Business Plan?
No. All users in your account must share one plan. You cannot mix plan levels across the same account. To change capability level, you move the whole account to a different plan rather than assigning plans user by user.
How does the Enterprise User (Annual) Bundle differ from the Enterprise User volume unit for scaling seats?
Both cover Enterprise-level access. The Enterprise User (Annual) Bundle groups seats as a bundled annual purchase. The Enterprise User volume unit lets you add individual seats to scale your count. Both bill per user and apply at the Enterprise capability level.

The dashboards save me so much time honestly. I just log in and see where every project is at without bugging my team for updates. We used to have like five different trackers now its all in one place. Performance is solid too havent had any slowdowns even with a bunch of reports running.
What do you dislike about the product?
We ran out of storage way faster then expected and had to delete old stuff which was annoying. Setting it up took longer than we thought cause we didnt plan well. Some features we wanted are only in the expensive plan so we have do without them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me see when one project is stealing resources from another which happened alot before. We had a big client project last quarter and I could track everything without constantly asking my team for status. Saved us from a few late deliveries honestly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using dragging and dropping elements to match my actual workflow turns managing multiple programs into an effortless experience. The UI / UX also makes it practical for me to adjust the apps around the way we actually work instead of changing our process to fit the software. The performance of all its features is mind-blowing and provides reliable services.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I actually appreciate about Quickbase, despite the initial effort, is how much control the advanced configurations give me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since implementing Quickbase, I’ve seen a major boost in my day-to-day productivity and in cross-department collaboration. Status reports now take a fraction of the time to complete, duplicate data entry has essentially disappeared, and budget overruns are identified well before they turn into critical issues. The AI capabilities also help me move through project information more efficiently, especially when I’m reviewing what needs attention.

I like the AI features in Quickbase. They make it easy to import spreadsheets and scan documents, which cuts down the manual time I spend on data entry. The no-code functionality is one of the best parts for me, because it lets me drag and drop files without having to beg IT teams or wait weeks to get things done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its new features doesn't fit well by its bugs and the sandbox environment also comes with limitations which restricts the action and webhooks for testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The feature of performance analyzer provides exact calculation about each field which solve and identify issue before becoming a big problem. We can create real time business logic without any custom codes which increase the performance of digital workflow also with digital integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can customize pretty much anything. We built a simple dashboard for our campaign deadlines and it works well. Also nice that I can pull up stuff from my phone when I'm out of office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a while to get used to though. Some things aren't super intuitive and I had to watch a few youtube videos just to figure out how to connect certain tables. Also the interface feels a bit busy sometimes, like there's too much going on at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mostly to keep track of our marketing projects and make sure our growth initiatives don't get lost in the shuffle. It helps me see what everyone is working on which is huge for my role.
