    Dimensions summary

You buy access by plan level, priced per user per month and billed annually. The Team Plan and Business Plan represent two capability levels, each sold in user units. The Enterprise level offers two options: an Enterprise User (Annual) Bundle and an Enterprise User volume unit for scaling seat counts. All users in an account share one plan. Each plan carries a platform minimum, so your total reflects both plan level and user quantity. You add users within a chosen plan rather than mixing plans across your account.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

Each user is a person with account access, billed per user per month and paid annually. Every plan also carries a platform minimum fee. Your total reflects both this minimum and your user count, so small accounts still meet the minimum regardless of seat number.
No. All users in your account must share one plan. You cannot mix plan levels across the same account. To change capability level, you move the whole account to a different plan rather than assigning plans user by user.
Both cover Enterprise-level access. The Enterprise User (Annual) Bundle groups seats as a bundled annual purchase. The Enterprise User volume unit lets you add individual seats to scale your count. Both bill per user and apply at the Enterprise capability level.

Quickbase Helped Us Track Emerging Tech Pilots with Efficiency.

    Reviewed on Aug 07, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I handle lots of Blockchain Technologies projects, so I got a lot of pilots running at the same time. What I liked was how I could build my own tracking app without waiting on IT. The dashboards show me where each project stands and I get alerts when something falls behind. Permissions are useful too since some of our blockchain research is confidential and I don't want everyone poking around in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up some of the automations was more of a challenge. I'm not a developer and linking tables together took me a few tries to get right. The interface feels busy sometimes and I find myself clicking around trying to find what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using different tools to track all my pilot projects and nothing connected at all. I'd spend hours pulling reports together for leadership meetings. Now I can see everything in one place and it's easier to tell which projects are worth pushing forward. Saves me time chasing people for updates and helps me focus more on actual strategy work instead of admin stuff.

Quickbase Uncovered Hidden Inefficiencies in Our Portfolio Strategy.

    Reviewed on Aug 07, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I liked most was how the dashboards made it obvious that our projects weren't actually behind, it was the approvals process holding everything up. I work as a Strategy & Portfolio Advisor so I deal with a lot of moving parts. We always thought we needed more integrations, but turns out we just couldn't see the bottlenecks before. The permissions are nice too, keeps sensitive stuff locked down.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building things with Quickbase takes longer than I expected. I'm not a developer and some of the table linking gets confusing. I had to redo a couple of reports because I set them up wrong. Also the interface feels busy sometimes, hard to find what you need right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before this, I was juggling different tools for each project and nothing talked to each other. Now I can see how one project affects another, which helps when I'm advising leadership on where to put resources. It saves me from chasing people for updates, and I spend less time on weekly reports since the data is already there.

All Compliance Tracking in One Place.

    Reviewed on Aug 07, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
For me the best part is having all our compliance tracking in one spot finally. Before this I had like six different spreadsheets going and it was getting ridiculous trying to keep everything straight. Now I can pull up dashboards and see where each audit finding stands without digging through emails. I also like that I can tweak things myself when our team needs changes instead of waiting on IT to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't plan enough before we started building projects and we had to go back and redo some things which wasted time. The system can drag a bit when you're working with larger datasets too and it gets annoying when you're rushing to get reports done. Also some of the more advanced features are kinda hidden and hard to find if you don't already know where to look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were drowning in manual tracking before and things kept going in the wrong direction for us. Now I can actually see what's overdue and who's responsible for what without having to manually track people. The automation sends reminders so I'm not the one constantly pinging folks for updates.

Quickbase Makes Low-Code App Building and Workflow Automation Simple

    Reviewed on Aug 06, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simply we can build custom applications with Quickbase UI without any complex coding. Creating tables, design forms and setup dashboards with real insights to automate work flow by reducing manual work and reduce the chance of errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It performance goes slow when large datasets build load and the most user uses same application with same time. These issues can be resolved for perfect app creation with low coding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Quickbase, our sensitive information didn’t feel secure. Now our information remains secure through admin permissions and access for the right people to collaborate. Integration with email and other applications connects everything smoothly. We can handle projects and customer requests, and manage inventory with streamlined operations all in one place.

Quickbase Keeps Our Global Policy Workflows Organized.

    Reviewed on Aug 06, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase helps us keep everything in one place. I like that I can build forms and workflows without coding. For example, when we update a policy, I made a workflow that makes each regional team check off compliance steps before it moves forward. I manage policy projects across different regions. It's also easy to change things when priorities shift, which happens a lot with global teams. The dashboards give me a quick view of where everything stands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting it up took longer than I expected. You really have to plan everything out before you start building, and we definetly missed a few things early on. Some of the automation features are not that easy to figure out either. The interface could be cleaner too, especially when you have multiple apps open. It's not terrible but it could be better. Also the pricing feels high for what you get in return.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Quickbase we used multiple tools to track policy rollouts, which obviously didn't worked in our favor. Someone would forget to update a status or we'd have different versions of the same document. Now everything is in one system. If a region hasn't completed a step, the workflow keeps it in draft mode until they do. This has saved us a lot of back and forth struggle. Our team actually trusts the data now.
