    Dimensions summary

You buy access by plan level, priced per user per month and billed annually. The Team Plan and Business Plan represent two capability levels, each sold in user units. The Enterprise level offers two options: an Enterprise User (Annual) Bundle and an Enterprise User volume unit for scaling seat counts. All users in an account share one plan. Each plan carries a platform minimum, so your total reflects both plan level and user quantity. You add users within a chosen plan rather than mixing plans across your account.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

Each user is a person with account access, billed per user per month and paid annually. Every plan also carries a platform minimum fee. Your total reflects both this minimum and your user count, so small accounts still meet the minimum regardless of seat number.
No. All users in your account must share one plan. You cannot mix plan levels across the same account. To change capability level, you move the whole account to a different plan rather than assigning plans user by user.
Both cover Enterprise-level access. The Enterprise User (Annual) Bundle groups seats as a bundled annual purchase. The Enterprise User volume unit lets you add individual seats to scale your count. Both bill per user and apply at the Enterprise capability level.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that I can monitor projects, automate workflows, and manage all business data in one place with Quickbase. It significantly reduces manual efforts and errors, which is a huge plus for me. I love that I don't need coding skills to create workflows and build applications, making it very accessible. The ability to automate dashboards and keep business data up to date is fantastic. I also found it easy to use once I got through the initial learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to learn in the start, but once my learning curve was complete, it became much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Quickbase to monitor projects and automate workflows, reducing manual efforts and errors. It centralizes business data, requires no coding to create workflows, and keeps dashboards up to date.

Centralized Live Dashboard, Easy Onboarding, and Responsive Support

What do you like best about the product?
Having a live, centralized dashboard is a huge plus. The easy onboarding, responsive support, and productivity gains deliver a strong ROI. Being able to glance at all active project updates, timelines, and team statuses in one clean view keeps me totally organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is powerful, but the pricing can be difficult to justify, particularly given its evolving AI functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Quickbase’s automated reminders and real-time updates, our whole team stays on schedule. It saves us hours of manual follow-up work every week and lets us focus on actually getting things done. The integrations with our other business tools also keep information flowing automatically without extra effort, which is a big improvement compared with how things worked before.

Easy No-Code Custom Workflows That Keep Our Team Organized

    Reviewed on Aug 03, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Quickbase is how easy it is to build custom workflows without coding. It helps my team stay organized, automate repetitve tasks, and truck projects in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can feel a bit outdated in some areas, and advanced customization tasks to learn. It would also be great if some features were more affordable for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase helps us organize projects, automate manual tasks, and keep all our data in one place. This saves time, reduces errors, and makes it easier for the team to saty on the same page.

Quickbase’s Flexible No-Code Apps and Automation That Cut Manual Work

    Reviewed on Aug 03, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Quickbase lets me build custom apps without needing to write code. It’s extremely flexible, and its automation tools have significantly reduced the repetitive manual work our team used to handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can feel steep, especially for smaller teams, and some of the more advanced features come with a noticeable learning curve. With heavier usage, performance can slow down at times, and the UI also feels a bit dated compared with newer tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase has helped us centralize data that used to be scattered across different places and automate manual approval workflows, so we’re no longer chasing email threads or digging through spreadsheets. As a result, it has significantly reduced project delays and given leadership real-time visibility into overall progress.

Quickbase Turns Business Requirements into Real-Time Apps and Dashboards—Fast

    Reviewed on Aug 01, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
As a Business Analyst, what I like most about Quickbase is how quickly I can turn a business requirement into a working app, without getting stuck in a long IT development cycle. The relationship-based data model also makes it straightforward to connect operational data—jobs, engineers, assets—and then use that structure to build real-time dashboards that track things like job status and SLA compliance. On top of that, the workflow automation, such as status-change notifications, has reduced a lot of the manual follow-up I used to have to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few areas could be improved. The reporting and dashboard formatting options feel limited compared with dedicated BI tools like Power BI, so more complex visualizations often require workarounds. Performance can also slow down when working with tables that have large datasets or lots of complex formula fields. And while the low-code approach is great for moving quickly, permission and access management can become a bit fiddly to maintain as apps scale and additional user roles are introduced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase has helped us move away from scattered spreadsheets and manual email tracking for operational processes such as job scheduling, engineer allocation, and status updates. With a centralized system, our data is more accurate and visible in real time. Overall, it has improved coordination between teams and given us clearer visibility into where bottlenecks are happening.
