Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

What do you like best about the product?
I use SEON for fraud detection and risk assessment, mainly to investigate suspicious users and transactions. I like how easy and intuitive it is to use. The interface is very clear and well-organized, which makes it easy to find the information I need and investigate cases efficiently. The interface allows me to work faster and focus on the investigation rather than figuring out how to use the tool. The clear presentation of information makes it easier to quickly understand the risk signals and connections between accounts. SEON is particularly useful for checking risk signals and connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area I think could be improved is the overall performance and stability of certain parts of SEON. When I’m working with a large amount of data, it can sometimes take a long time for information to load. At times, the data takes a while to appear, which interrupts the flow of work and can slow down the overall workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SEON for fraud detection and risk assessment, identifying connections between suspicious accounts and fraud patterns. The intuitive interface speeds up investigations, letting me focus on understanding risk signals rather than figuring out the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I use SEON as the main anti-fraud tool, and I really like how it's constantly evolving, which makes it more effective and user-friendly. SEON always adds new ways of finding fraud, like the Networks & Clusters functionality and the recent MCP Connectors, which allow me to connect my AI tool to SEON and run skills or use my own prompts. They've also improved the custom rule builder UI by adding AI and simplifying the design. The initial setup is relatively easy from an anti-fraud specialist/manager perspective, as SEON provides a strong set of default rules and setting up the rest is straightforward. From a development standpoint, it’s fairly simple to get started by locating some code on the front-end and exchanging API calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
For multi-accounting detection, I would like SEON to add an option to define which of the accounts had the parameter first. If a rule hits say 3 accounts with the same name and DOB, and you only want to close the last two, but allow the original account to continue, the rule keeps firing on the original account as well. This requires an inconvenient workaround with custom lists, which is a bit complicated and feels unnecessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SEON to combat multi-accounting, affiliate/CPA fraud, and bonus abuse. It's constantly evolving, making it more effective and user-friendly. Features like Networks & Clusters and MCP Connectors enhance fraud detection, and the improved rule builder simplifies the design process.

not precise informations, not giving information for alltime rather than just period of 6 months, not being able to check seon across countries at the same time. To check if customer from 1 target has multiple connections from other targets as well

The endless capabilities, the continuous modifying of features and services and the clever use of AI. The tram is very responsive and the interface is very user friendly. Good integration with the tools we already have.

I would like an instant chat for SEON users to have help navigating the tool rather than sending emails
