Great 360 view of a user's identity and a robust rules engine backing it

What do you like best about the product?
Really enjoyed how much out the box information we get from supplying minimal attributes. We use this product everyday to guard multiple high risk flows through our system. It has a strong rules engine that can reference historical decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's been platform updates that have resulted in a lot of backwards incompatible changes with their APIs. The current product works great and we would love to try out new features, but the model changes definitely complicate the upgrade which create friction for adoption within our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seon is used in as a fraud data aggregator and rules engine in our critical flows. It offers observability into user's actions while allowing us to adjust rules on the fly based on traffic pattern shifts.

What do you like best about the product?
SEON Fraud Fighters can be implemented as a live decisioning tool or an analytical tool used for post transaction learnings. Its breadth of different characteristics which are considered and factored into its learning make it extremely comprehensive and effective at
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the sheer amount of information on the Transaction details screen it can take a while to get used to what is useful for you
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON enables us to monitor AML risks as well as payment fraud. It is helpful to have a one stop shop for helping with both of these issues

What do you like best about the product?
All SEON given data is use full. Love to use social account summary data and overall device data.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is some functionalities that won't always be there and will contain null values.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON help save money in case of straight forward fraud patterns that would lead to 100% loss of money.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using this application for work, and I have to say—it’s incredibly easy and intuitive. I like the possibility of offering to set fraudulent parameters, the possibility of cross-referencing parameters, and checking the risky ones for the future.

What do you like best about the product?
Seon offers a lot of insight when is well integrated into your app. With all the parameters offered by SEON, account monitor activity is very easy, having live actions but also the possibility to analyze and discover new patterns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like SEON, i wish to have a better approach for Customer Support, because is not possible to involve from the beginning the entire team when rise a ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use SEON for accounts security monitoring and using it is more easy to have a clean customer base.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about SEON is how quickly and accurately it spots suspicious activity. The system is easy to use, and we can adjust the rules ourselves, so it fits our needs. Thanks to SEON, we catch more fraud without spending so much time on manual checks. We use SEON for customer risk assessment during initial KYC. The support team is also really helpful whenever we have questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes SEON feels a bit complicated at first, and it takes a while to figure everything out. I also wish some options were easier to adjust without needing technical knowledge. Occasionally, the system flags something by mistake, so we have to double-check. But overall, it still helps a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SEON helps us catch fake users and dodgy activity before it becomes a problem. It saves us time and hassle because we don’t have to check everything by hand, and we feel more confident that our customers are safe.
