What do you like best about the product?
SEON’s real-time fraud detection and customizable scoring system make it incredibly effective for catching suspicious activity before it becomes a problem. It’s also great that we can see why a score was assigned—this builds trust in the system and helps us justify decisions quickly.

While SEON provides great transparency in its scoring, the rule management interface can become cluttered as the number of rules grows. It would be helpful to have better grouping or tagging functionalities to keep everything organized, especially for larger teams managing many use cases.

Very clean and slick UI, easy to navigate and investigate users individually and en masse. Also great support and documentation for their API

since there are so many features available, I find it hard some times to find the one I need quickly.

I think device hash is not enough precise as an indicator. I'm always getting to many results.

We are really satisfied with SEON. It can provide us lot of possibilites to stop fraudsters.

Its really easy to use and master it. About implementation nad integration i dont have too much information, but most of the time it was straightforward. Customer Support is very fast and useful, they can provide us solution for almost every problems needs we have. We are using SEON daily, it can provide us lot of informations and possibilites to stop fraudsters.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldnt say too much negative informations about the system. It can provide us all the needed information, if it doesnt have it yet, we can suggest it to develop and upgrade it.

It provides us device informations which help us to detect fraudsters, also it can help us, if our customer may have been found by a fraudster.
