What do you like best about the product?
The sky is the limit with this system! The custom code is phenomenal, and if you know Python or Java—or you’re just a vibe coder working with AI—this system can do MAGIC 👍
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, there is nothing that I do not like about this system, previously known as Operations Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use this to enrich my workflows. I can write code and choose whether or not to include the API endpoints, and I can do just about anything with it. Another thing we use it for is pulling data to and from our SIS system 👍

What do you like best about the product?
Datasets and custom-coded workflow actions are, without a doubt, the best features HubSpot has ever created.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dint really dislike any aspect of data hub but I do think data models could be better. We have BI analysts doing advanced data modeling who still have trouble understanding how objections relate to one another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just lets you work freely outside of the out of the box capabilities so you can really do anything with reporting and automation.

HubSpot Data Hub helps manage data by bringing in data from BigQuery and syncing datasets with CRM. I find it easy to navigate.
