Credits deduct based on the resources each task consumes. Cost depends on task complexity and duration. Once a task finishes, it stops using credits. Because credits are shared across all Ultra seats, heavier users draw more from the common pool than lighter users.
Credits refresh each month and are shared across all seats. High-volume usage may slow request processing under abuse thresholds. The platform limits usage if request rate exceeds 20 messages per minute. For added capacity, contact the vendor about your seat commitment.
