KnowBe4's Compliance Plus is a comprehensive new-school compliance training library of more than 600 modules that provides global, continuously updated, engaging, relevant, concise and customizable content to teach your employees how to be compliant with your local organizational regulations.
Compliance Plus is tightly integrated with KnowBe4's KSAT training to allow you to take a comprehensive approach to both security and compliance training to lower the risks associated with fines, reputational damage, loss of customers and other noncompliance.

Dimensions summary
You buy Compliance Plus as a 3-year subscription priced per user. Pricing is organized into user-count bands: 101-500, 501-1000, 2001-3000, 3001-5000, and 5000+ users. You pick the band that matches your headcount, and the per-user rate applies to that range. The 1001-2000 band uses custom pricing, so you contact the vendor for that quantity. As your user count moves into a different band, you shift to that band's per-user rate. All bands cover the same subscription term and per-user billing basis.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One user is one seat, meaning one individual person in your organization who receives compliance training. You count every employee who needs access. Your total headcount decides which band applies. The per-user rate for that band then covers each of those seats across the 3-year term.
When your user count moves into a different band, that band's per-user rate applies to your users in that range. You do not keep the old band's rate for existing seats. For the 1001-2000 range, pricing is custom, so you contact the vendor directly for that quantity.
Compliance Plus is an add-on subscription that works alongside a KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training subscription. It provides compliance training content that you add to your training campaigns. On its own, it delivers the compliance training library rather than the full security awareness platform.

All Orders are non-cancellable and all fees and other amounts you pay under this Agreement are non-refundable, except in the event KnowBe4 is unable to cure a valid warranty claim within thirty (30) days of notice, as provided in further detail in Section 9 of the KnowBe4 Terms of Service.

What do you like best about the product?
The videos are updated frequently and the quality has improved over the past year. They look more professional and are not too long.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some modules that need updating - especially using the PAB. These need to be more current and professional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Causing employees to think before they click. By using Compliance Plus for other mandated trainings such as Sexual Harassment Training, we are able to centralize most of our training in the KnowBe4 platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is easy to use, you create the training campaign, find the trainings you want to assign to personnel and voila, you're good to go. The pricing along with the wide trainings library was the main reason we switched. The initial setup was pretty easy because we had a dedicated account manager who patiently walked us through all steps and even did the onboarding twice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The IdP integration needs to be smoother, as sometimes it fails, creating discrepancies. This requires me to re-sync manually or sometimes kill the integration and redo it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use KnowBe4 Compliance Plus for HIPAA and Cybersecurity trainings. It helps get compliance controls done, requiring personnel to complete necessary trainings easily by creating a campaign and assigning courses.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the diversity of topics that KnowBe4 Compliance Plus offers. It's really important to me that it covers a wide range of topics, especially in legal and HR content like code of conduct and harassment, which means I don't have to look for additional solutions elsewhere. The platform truly acts as a one-stop shop for all corporate training needs, covering most of the required topics without needing to engage other vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Topics that could be improved, implementation process (CSM).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find KnowBe4 Compliance Plus is a complete solution for training needs, covering AI, information, and email security. It's a one-stop shop, preventing me from needing multiple vendors for diverse training, including HR and legal content.

I appreciate the automated campaigns. As a team of one, it has really saved me a lot of administrative time.

It's price and there are many trainings we do not use and some that would be helpful. I haven't had time to create customized trainings.

Title IX training complaince. Title VI, VII, and IX prevention work.

What do you like best about the product?
We really like being able to compile courses based on our users’ needs and the topics they need to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
To release courses to specific teams, we have to set up additional groups instead of using their department or line of business for distribution. This feels redundant and could lead to inefficiencies later on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 provides compliance courses for our users, along with tools to test comprehension and track progress, ensuring everyone completes the required training. It also offers additional courses that enhance knowledge, giving users the option to take other classes that interest them.
