Great Product, but the UI / UX has faded and continues to age.
What do you like best about the product?
It's really quite impressive when it comes to internal phishing campaigns as well as trainining.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of effective Entra and M365 native connectors. It always feels like I'm working on a puzzle with toothpicks. I eventually get there, but it takes far too many steps to accomplish simple tasks. Sorry, this is a

It allows us to expand our training footprint to also include the needs / requirements of our HR offices on the same platform.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to setup campaigns and triggers for training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many training options! (But I'm not sure that is really a bad thing.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training is equipping our team members with the knowledge to avoid compromising our security. Unfortunately, we, as humans, are often the weakest link when it comes to cybersecurity. By actively training our team, we're agreeing with the quote "Prevention is better than cure".
Something for everyone - Low cost, high value.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how we can include our cybersecurity training with our compliance training and have everything under 1 umbrella.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface feels a little clunky when trying to sift through the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us reduce cost by having one location with all the trainings. Otherwise, for all of our employees across the different states, we'd have to spend more and find different modules to account for those.
Engaging Security Awareness That Feels Like a Netflix Series
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is an easy-to-use platform that’s helped boost security awareness across our team. The Inside Man series makes training genuinely engaging , like watching Netflix, and helps land key messages without feeling forced. What stands out is how it’s not just for IT, other departments can create tailored training plans and campaigns, making it simple to target specific groups or the whole company. The additional modules are a great way to scale awareness beyond just phishing simulations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometime struggle with new starters getting a plan adopeted and would like a way to not just set training for nre starters but drip feed it so they dont get it all at once
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Compliance Plus has been a valuable tool for our ethics and compliance programme. It allows us to roll out engaging, high-quality training on topics like anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, and data handling in a way that resonates with staff. The content is concise, relatable, and easy to assign by department or risk level. We’ve seen increased engagement compared to traditional policy rollouts, and the platform’s tracking and reporting features make it easier to demonstrate compliance and drive accountability across the business.

Nothing much as they keep improving which is good.

Cybersecurity training, unlimited phishing tests, easy integration, several training modules, customization and training records.
Quality Learning in Abundance!
What do you like best about the product?
I like KB4's Compliance Plus' plethora of learning material that is of great quality for our end-users and easy to use yet engaging all at the same time!
What do you dislike about the product?
As much material as you can review, I would not say I dislike KB4s Compliance Plus, but the sheer number of resources will take up some time to go through but that's still a good thing to me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this time, the learning material is used frequently just to get and keep our users in the know when it comes to security and its culture.
Adequate, though wished the library was larger.

Easy to use/deploy and a good amount of training modules to start.

Smaller content library makes it quick to go through a lot of the modules fast.

We wanted to consolidate compliance training in KnowBe4 since we also used it for security training. It has helped simplify deployment and training at our org.

We can do Al training in one system and don’t need multiple training systems
Glad to have the compliance Plus as part of our package.
What do you like best about the product?
The experience is seamless for our employees and the available resources save our team time and provide professional offerings to help us meet need without having to hire more staff or add to the workload of our existing employees.

Finding resources takes a bit of time and knowledge, but this would be a factor for any product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with a lot of clients who have compliance requirements- name HIPAA and GDPR. To be able to provide this training to our internal employees quickly and show the completion to clients is huge for us.

What do you like best about the product?
It easily intigrates with the KB4 KSAT consolengiving a single location for Security Awareness and Compliance training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of trainings in certain areas is troublesome.
