Zero trust. Zero friction. The ScrambleID passwordless security solution protects employees across every touchpoint by eliminating your company's greatest vulnerability - static credentials. The result is more speed, greater simplicity and lower costs.
ScrambleID is an identity as a service (IDaaS) provider dedicated to making authentication easier and safer; ensuring the right users access the right places. Our mission is to enhance security, increase user productivity and improve business efficiency by eliminating the vulnerabilities and friction associated with credentials and knowledge-based authentication (KBA).
Passwords create user pain and serve as prime targets for cyberattacks, accounting for up to 86% of breaches through phishing, brute force attacks and database leaks. Even typical multi-factor authentication (MFA) relies on shared secrets that can be stolen. Similarly, KBAs are easily compromised through AI-driven voice cloning and social engineering techniques.
We replace passwords with physical authentication methods and use automated caller verification instead of KBAs, eliminating reliance on traditional credentials. This approach delivers security without the hassle of outdated authentication, reducing help desk workloads, lowering licensing costs and simplifying audits while avoiding complex migrations or additional staffing. The results are immediate and measurable: mitigated risk, happier employees and more time for the work that matters most to your business.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy this passwordless authentication platform through a contract with two dimensions. The Users dimension prices access per individual user, so your cost scales with the number of users you enroll. The Started dimension gives you access to the platform itself. Together, these dimensions cover platform access plus your enrolled user count. The contract runs on a 12-month default term. Multi-year prepay options are available. Your total depends on how many users you bring into scope alongside base platform access.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for the Users pricing dimension?
One user is one enrolled identity you authenticate through the platform. This includes workforce, frontline, and customer identities across web, voice, people, and frontline channels. Your Users charge scales with how many identities you bring into scope.
How do the Users and Started dimensions combine on my invoice?
Both dimensions bill together under one contract. The Started dimension covers base platform access. The Users dimension adds a per-user charge for each identity you enroll. Your user count typically drives most of the cost as you expand across surfaces.
Does my cost change if I add more identity populations or surfaces later?
Your Users charge scales with the identities you enroll. The platform covers eight surfaces, including agents, machines, bots, and workloads. Widening scope raises your enrolled user count and your per-user charge. Base platform access under the Started dimension stays constant.
