Overview
RQM Books is an all-in-one cloud ERP built in the UAE for SMEs that have outgrown spreadsheets and basic invoicing tools.
Accounting and tax: chart of accounts, general ledger, journals, trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, period close, recurring transactions, lease accounting and FX revaluation. UAE VAT returns, VAT reconciliation, FTA audit file, UAE corporate tax and automatic e-invoicing. Registered with the UAE Federal Tax Authority as Tax Accounting Software (No. 40019192).
Sales and purchasing: quotations, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, credit notes, customer statements, post-dated cheques, purchase orders, goods receipts, bills, expenses and supplier payments.
Inventory and manufacturing: multi-warehouse stock, stock counts, valuation, reorder analysis, bills of materials, work orders, production batches and costing.
Banking and assets: bank and cash accounts, bank reconciliation, statement import, petty cash, cheques, fixed asset register and depreciation.
People and growth: HR and payroll with end-of-service gratuity, leave, attendance and visa/document renewals; CRM with leads, deals and campaigns; budgets, approvals, document management, an Audit Hub for auditors, ICV reporting and an AI accounting assistant.
Available in English and Arabic, on the web, on Android and as a Windows desktop / on-premise edition.
