What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to navigate, and I can quickly find older transactions when I need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when I’m trying to find an expense or purchase order, I have to click on it multiple times before I can get to where I need to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have no complaints to send to Sage right now.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage is very user-friendly. I use the system to process commission checks and run payroll for our partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some reason, I’m unable to integrate with Paychex, so there’s a lot of manual work required after payroll is processed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From my perspective, I haven’t run into many issues overall, aside from the fact that it doesn’t integrate with Paychex.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Sage Intacct's ease of use and its smart ability to create the right dashboards and reports we need for accounting. The system is pretty user-friendly, and I feel it's very insightful for getting detailed information. Setting up a chain of command is instrumental and easy, and uploading large amounts of information into journal entries or bills is fantastic. Its smooth interface and powerful features are standout aspects for me. Plus, the support team has been great, with a knowledgeable representative who helps us out. Overall, it saves time and provides value through its auditable system and framework.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe just the speed at times, but it's a lot of information, so that's not really Sage Intacct's fault. Other than that, nothing doesn't work well. I have all the info I need, and it's a good accounting software tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct streamlines accounting, smartly creates the dashboards and reports we need, keeps track of AP and AR, saves time, and provides an auditable system.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sage Intacct integrates with so many other platforms, which makes our work more efficient. I also value the unlimited dimensions feature and how they can be visualized in reports or charts/graphs, helping users understand the numbers better.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricey. While it offers good value for the money, as a non-profit on a budget, it's sometimes hard to justify the cost. Discounts on specific modules are available, but the base package is still expensive. Also, the difficult part was the migration of historical data, even though the actual setup wasn't bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct organizes our data in all the necessary categories, helping us make good financial decisions. It also offers integration with many platforms, making our operations smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
It integrates well with other outside software, such as Sage Expense Management and Aprio. It also runs fairly quickly, and the customer service has been good.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I open or close bank reconciliations, it takes about a minute to load. Large journal entries also take around a minute to open or edit, which slows down my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct has helped us move away from completing bank reconciliations in Excel. We’re also able to integrate with our banking company, which saves a lot of time and makes the reconciliation process much more efficient.
