What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are so many options for reporting and customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not a fan of the fact that you need a partner company after training, and that if you leave that partner company, you lose access to all the reports they created for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It connects to Procore, making it so our company no longer needs to double enter things.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy all of the reporting options. It works very well for me and my clients needs. It flows well to other platforms I utilize. It is simple and no frills which is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
It looks really old and outdated. A little updating would be nice as long as it didn't stray from the product. It doesn't impact the capabilities, but it would just improve the user experience. I also think the AI is very behind on Sage compared to similar services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving centralized reporting. I enjoy how many user log-ins it has so everyone on the team can work in it at the same time. It produces the reports I need for my clients so I can put my best foot forward.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct has a gentle learning curve and is extremely user-friendly. It also continues to add useful features, such as automatically rejecting mistakes and omissions in invoicing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve found that some of the more advanced reports are difficult to generate because the available parameters are extremely narrow and limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps my organization with invoicing and other business processes. It benefits me because I’m able to use a modern system that consistently adds subtle but useful new features over time.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the revenue recognition features and the prepayment schedules really useful, as they automate some of the work that would otherwise be manual. Navigation is clear, the integration with our banking system saves time on reconciliations and the support from the sage intacct university is a great resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took us a long time to adjust to a way of working that is very different to previous sage products
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a cloud based solution has made access for remote workers much easier than our previous system. The performance is much quicker
