What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to search past vendors when logging in new invoices as well as see my history of inputtting.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, it is difficult for me to attach a document into Sage for receipts because the format may not agree

It has no function to be able to discount small balances i.e penny balances upon processing payments

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to navigate, and we found it especially helpful when onboarding new starters. Performance has been strong across all the modules we’ve integrated so far, and overall it’s been a big upgrade from our previous Sage product. It handles multi-currency and multi-entity consolidations quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support used to be a major strength of Sage Intacct, but for us it has been really poor over the past three months. It’s been difficult to get hold of anyone who can actually help with a specific issue we’ve had.
The AI integration with Co-Pilot is, frankly, dreadful and feels like a waste of money. Simple use cases aren’t supported and I feel mislead about what could realistically be achieved with Co-Pilot when we signed up. Overall, the AI capability is weak. Want a usable integration with Claude to help automate workflows? Good luck getting that off the ground.
Renewal practices are also very poor. If you drop a product because of a poor user experience or because your use case isn’t supported, you’re penalised with a lower discount rate so Sage can recoup some of its loss. The relationship between discount periods and list price is poorly handled when signing up, resulting in unexpected cost increases of 35%.
As a result, we’re actively looking for a new system with better AI capabilities and more transparent pricing models.

Custom Reports and SOX Compliance Made Easy

What do you like best about the product?
I like the custom report wizard within Sage Intacct because it is highly customizable and allows for essentially anything to be turned on or off. It's the most used feature for me, and I find it quite beneficial for my work as an internal audit professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the searchability for transactions to be a little poor. I would like to be able to use a search function and apply filters to narrow down what I'm looking for. Once I find the line I need, it would be incredible if it could "zoom back out" to show the full entry. Being able to drill up or down would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct solves my biggest problems with generating custom reports and ensuring SOX compliance.

Great Reports, But Takes Time to Master

What do you like best about the product?
I like Sage Intacct because it makes bank reconciliations easier and offers a massive amount of reports. The cash management feature is particularly great, especially the daily bank reconciliation tool. I also find it user-friendly for a nonprofit, which was a big reason we switched from QuickBooks Online. Overall, I'd rate it a 9 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ease of learning Sage Intacct is a bit challenging. Like every software, there's a learning curve, but Sage Intacct takes longer to learn compared to others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct makes bank reconciliations easier and provides a massive amount of reports, which are very useful. I value cash management for its daily bank reconciliation tool. It's user-friendly for nonprofits, but it takes longer to learn.
