    I don't like the way you have to do order entry with bins per item.

    order entry is helping us to hit the correct accounts in different entities

    What do you like best about the product?
    Intacct integrates with most software seamlessly or with the aid of a connector. Excellent community and learning center. Although more of the learning programs should be free since the subscription itself is so costly.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Creating checklists could be easier. Color coding on financial reports could be improved (having separate sections for revenue & expenses).
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Automating journal entries for prepaids and accruals to relieve the administrative burden during month end close. It is not difficult to post manual payments if our outside AP platform misses or doesn't sync properly.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The ability to customize fields, dimensions, reports, etc.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Overall I'm a big fan. There is always room for improvement. I would like to see improvements in the inter-entity receivables and amortization module.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We are growing. I've added 25 entities to our system in the last month. Adding a new entity, setting up bank accounts, etc. is very easy.

    What do you like best about the product?
    A very robust solution that has really helped us eliminate the need for complicated spreadsheets, Comprehensive Reporting, Multidimensional coding which allows for maximum customization and analytics, Many 3rd party API's and integrations making data configuration from one platform to another more streamlined. We consider Intacct to be our all-in-one nucleus of data and source of truth that is not only robust and comprehensive but also allows all of our financial and statistical data to flow into, in order to always have a clear picture holistically of where we are as an organization.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    We are a complex non-profit organization utilizing many different softwares for our needs and some of the third-party platforms we use such as Concur for invoicing and expense management due to the OCR technology and approval workflows are a necessity for us. However, this makes data mapping very complex and costly depending on the software and not all 3rd parties are able to streamline mapping as well as others both capability and cost-wise. Intacct is also a costly solution however depending on your unique ROI it can be justifiable.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Elimination of complex spreadsheets, On-demand reporting, scheduled reporting, seamless integration with budget management software in real-time, ability to create complex tags by projects, departments, locations, restrictions and entities which is a must for many non-profits. The ability to also generate, save, and email any report directly from the platform is also key for our organization.
    Recommendations to others considering the product:
    Be patient during integration it will take time to get your environment functioning in accordance with complex needs however once it is you will certainly not be disappointed! If possible consider using another party to help facilitate such as AcctTwo which helped in our case tremendously, streamlining communication, and customizing our platform set up with a dedicated integration specialist who was with us for the entirety of the integration and beyond.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Sage Intacct provides the perfect solution for companies' financial reporting needs. In today's day and age, a reporting solution in the cloud provides speed and convenience compared to older solutions. Intacct consistently releases updates every quarter and constantly improves the experience.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Intacct is a great solution for our company however it does suffer from things like the speed at times to view reports and posting items.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    As mentioned, Intacct provides a great solution for financial reporting. Easy to work with as a cloud software.
