    What do you like best about the product?
    seamless expense drilldown, easy to access anywhere on any device, has a intuitive interface and easy to use applications (AP, AR, Ledger), and you can automate reports and email results to outside users
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Approval hierarchy can be confusing, some automated reports using HTML do not work, unknown automated report arrival time (Sometimes 12-1AM)
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Help team work in a cohesive manner all submitting entries/bills/adjustments to the same shared ledger and integrated systems, helps keep track of grants

    What do you like best about the product?
    Being fully cloud-based, Sage Intacct gives our team access to financial data anytime, anywhere — a huge plus for remote collaboration and multi-location operations.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The interface isn’t always intuitive, especially for new users. It takes a while to get comfortable navigating the system and building reports.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Before Sage Intacct, we relied heavily on spreadsheets and manual data entry, which led to inefficiencies and increased risk of errors. Sage Intacct automated many of our core accounting functions — like accounts payable, journal entries, and revenue recognition — saving us hours of manual work each month and improving data accuracy.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like how easy it is to build reports and put them on dashboard for my team. For the past 3 years, i have been using Sage Intacct and i find it extremely easy to use and configurable to multi-entities. Integration between purchasing and accounting eliminates duplicate data entry, hence giving us real-time visibility into our spending.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    For new beginners, learning curve can be a bit steep.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Sage Intacct makes accounting and financial management a breeze. It has a friendly and intuitive interface which is easy to navigate. I also like its ability to maintain an accounts receivable aging with customers, hence making maintaining and preparing receivables a lot easier.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The system keeps everything organized and easy to find. The dashboards and reports help me see what’s going on right away and it makes closing the books faster.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Making custom reports can feel a little tricky at first and the budgeting part could be more flexible.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We don’t have to juggle as many spreadsheets anymore and that saves time every week. It helps catch mistakes early and gives me clean reports to share with my team and managers.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love the user-friendly cloud based site. It makes journal entries so much more efficient and not too much of a challenge to learn report building. It is easier to train on and the connections give us more efficiency options.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I dislike that there is not more of a variety for industries as we are in a family office environment but having to use the service quick start categories for instance.

    Duplication of entries.
