Larger instances carry more virtual CPU and memory, so hourly rates rise with capacity. Some family types show no rate, meaning they are not available for this listing. Pick the instance that fits your workload, and your cost scales with the size you choose. The base operating system is identical across every instance type.

Usage instructions
System initialization: After creating an EC2 instance, browse to http://<Public_DNS>/ for system initialization instructions, or log in via SSH as user 'admin' using the SSH key pair selected at launch. This initial step sets sensitive passwords and installs security updates. SSH access: Log in as user 'admin' and use sudo for commands requiring root access.
