    I like the fact that you can track customer experience on your website with contentsqaure. It also helps you track where exactly users encountered an error to reduce traffic drop off.

    There is nothing that comes to mind that I don't like about the tool so far

    What do you like best about the product?
    I appreciate the easiness of learning what I need, and it's very clear to use as a platform. I love using SENSE analyst because it really gets rid of the legwork.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Error analysis is a big one for us. It picks up errors sometimes that we don’t necessarily deem as errors. Also, loading the session replays could be more strategic and easier to filter.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Contentsquare for understanding customer journeys and behavior through session replays. SENSE analyst makes it easy and eliminates manual work.
