Datazoom is a data collection technology company offering a cloud-based Data-as-a-Service Platform. Our technology is leveraged by technology vendors, publishers, and measurement companies.
Datazoom offers client-side software, and a data pipeline, to collect, process and generate one well-defined dataset that can feed data storage, analytics, GenAI and other SaaS tools. Use Datazoom to collect data to understand the user journey, advertising performance and revenue, content engagement, video and audio Quality of Experience (QoE) to support your analytics, monitoring, observability, and reporting needs.
Datazoom offers:
Use Any Tool - Easily set up filtering, transformations, sampling and enrichment so data lands how you need it.
Highlights
Access Hundreds of Data Points - Low-code SDKs & APIs make hundreds of standardized events and metadata automatically collectable. Use the UI to select just the data points you want, and change what is collected at any time.
Customize What You Collect & Own Your Data - Log in to create data pipes from your apps and business systems to send unified data to the tools you already use. Make adjustments to data collection, modify frequency of heartbeats, and enable sampling techniques to control meet your budgeting needs. Use their data pipeline to capture non-video events and metadata as well, and enrich any event payload with extra data from our server-side.
Use Any Tool - Easily set up filtering, transformations, sampling and enrichment so data lands how you need it. Simply create a new connector, add your account information for each Connector, and add to a Data Pipe.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract-based listing bills across separate usage components you can combine. You pay for Ingress (data entering the platform), Egress (data leaving to destinations), and Enrichment (adding metadata from backend systems) as independent unit-based add-ons defined in your Order Form. The MediaTailor Validation Package is a one-time pre-paid 100GB bundle for testing the MediaTailor integration. The base Datazoom unit covers custom pricing arranged directly with the vendor. Your total cost scales with how much data you ingest, forward, and enrich, so each dimension grows independently based on your actual usage.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one unit of Ingress or Egress represent, and how are they counted?
Ingress meters data entering the platform from your applications, players, and ad frameworks. Egress meters data leaving the platform to your destinations, such as storage buckets or streaming services. Each is counted separately per the amounts defined in your Order Form, so collecting once and forwarding to many destinations adds Egress volume.
If I forward the same data to several destinations, how does that affect my bill?
Egress charges accrue per destination the data is routed to, so sending one event to multiple tools raises Egress usage. Source-side sampling and context pruning let you drop or trim data before it leaves the device, reducing downstream Egress. Ingress and Enrichment charges remain separate from this routing behavior.
How do the Ingress, Egress, and Enrichment dimensions combine into one bill?
Each meters a different stage and bills independently, then adds together on your invoice. Ingress covers data collected. Egress covers data delivered to destinations. Enrichment covers metadata injected from backend systems like CRMs or CMSs. High destination counts push Egress up, while backend-context needs drive Enrichment usage.
