Grabyo is a fully managed service that means production environments can be spun up in minutes with no engineering resource needed and offers customers the comfort of a single price per hour.
A collaborative workspace, accessed just via a web browser, Grabyo removes the need to deploy large teams onsite and in-studio, reducing production costs and carbon footprint, enabling teams to focus on creating high-quality, broadcast-grade live productions. The service supports video delivery in all aspect ratios across all platforms, from social media to FAST/OTT platforms and other digital destinations as well as linear TV.

Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

This contract bundles two product lines. Producer covers live production and distribution, sold as On Demand packages that include 500 hours with either 4 or 12 live sources. Studio+Editor covers live clipping, editing, and publishing, offered On Demand (3 streams, up to 100 hours per month) or AlwaysOn (1 stream, unlimited hours). You commit to a base package, then scale beyond it. Two per-hour add-on dimensions bill extra Producer running hours and extra Studio recording hours. This lets you match a fixed commitment to your base need while covering usage overages hourly.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Any hour your control room or DVR runs live is billable. Set-up, rehearsal, and live production time all count while the control room or DVR is running. Billing stops when you spin the session down. You pay for active running time, not for holding an account.
Nothing pauses. Extra Producer running hours and extra Studio recording hours bill automatically at the per-hour rate shown in the table. Extra outputs, sources, egress, and add-ons bill at agreed per-unit rates set before you commit. Overages appear on your invoice at those rates.
On Demand bills your actual recording hours, capped at 100 hours per month across 3 streams. AlwaysOn charges a flat monthly rate per DVR for unlimited recording hours on 1 stream. AlwaysOn suits continuous recording; On Demand suits variable schedules. Extras still bill at per-unit rates.
