Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

This contract combines base plans with usage add-ons. The three Essential plans set your yearly capacity for indexing hours, photos, users, and storage. You pick the plan that fits your expected volume; each higher plan raises those limits. When you exceed a plan's capacity, add-on dimensions bill separately: AdditionalHours covers extra hours and storage per 100 hours, and AdditionalPhotos covers extra photos per 5000 photos. LiveStream and LivePhoto charge monthly for live ingest, per stream or per input. The Connector dimension adds integration with media asset systems, social networks, or sports data providers.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An hour reflects video content indexed by the AI, and a photo is a single image processed. Your Essential plan sets yearly ceilings for both. AdditionalHours bills per 100 hours of extra video and storage. AdditionalPhotos bills per 5000 extra images and storage. Both count against your plan's included volume.
When you exceed your plan's yearly capacity, the add-on dimensions bill separately. Extra video and its storage charge per 100 hours through AdditionalHours. Extra images and their storage charge per 5000 photos through AdditionalPhotos. Only the volume above your included limit triggers these charges.
Your Essential plan is the yearly base covering indexing hours, photos, users, and storage. LiveStream and LivePhoto bill monthly for live ingest, per stream or per input.
