Quick, Efficient AP Reporting with Seamless Sage Intacct Integration

What do you like best about the product?
Very quick and efficient for reporting and processing. I work on the AP side, and bank reconciliation and invoice processing have been so much easier to use compared to other Sage systems. The integration with Sage Intacct and our paperless system has also been amazing. The mapping works perfectly, and we can still make changes within Intacct if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that, at first, the Top level and Entity level can be a little confusing, especially if you’re a first-time user and not a big enough company to set up different entities. In the beginning, it was challenging to know what should go in each level. However, the training modules were helpful in distinguishing between the two and made it clearer over time. Also, allocating credit notes is tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remittance details aren’t the easiest to read, and we do get complaints from our suppliers. However, I know Sage Intacct is looking into this, and improving it would make payment allocations more straightforward and help keep our supplier accounts clean.

What do you like best about the product?
It's cloud-based and intuitive. The ability for multiple users to be running reports from anywhere, in or out of the office, has helped improve performance. The onboarding process has been helpful in learning the program, and the migration and integration process has been straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, no complaints. There is a bit of latency lag depending on the connection to internet, but that's to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct has given me the ability to get pricing and cost information to better improve our ROI on projects across the board. I am interested to see how the integrated AI can also improve performance in regular business activities.

What do you like best about the product?
There are multiple ways to navigate Sage Intacct. You can search for a term and launch from there or save a favorite or navigate via menus. The system performance is very fast with no glitches and it integrates well with excel for import and exports. Support and Onboarding has been very positive .
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little getting used to the user interface. Some windows open on another page and some open as a subwindow

What do you like best about the product?
I like the API layer integration with AVA tax in Sage Intacct because it saves us money by not hiring an extra person. I also appreciate the feedback from my colleagues who said the initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Sage Intacct doesn’t work as well with payroll. It doesn't communicate back and forth with many payroll companies, and it's hard to pull the general ledger into those figures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct provides an audit trail, real-time reporting, and scalable AP and AR workflows. The integration with AVA tax via API saves us money by eliminating the need for extra hiring.
