Multi-tab features and link reporting, with customizable filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features are available, but I’m not familiar with how to use them. The training and documentation feel too vague, and if a user isn’t sure what they’re searching for, there are too many filter options to sort through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives everyone in the company immediate access to view current balances and transactions.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct has significantly improved our month-end close process through automation and detailed reporting. I particularly appreciate the ability to drill down into transactions, create custom reports, and access accurate financial data quickly. Its cloud-based platform also makes collaboration much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sage Intacct is a powerful accounting platform, some processes can feel more complex than necessary, particularly when setting up custom reports or workflows. New users may face a steeper learning curve compared to simpler accounting systems, and certain customizations often require additional training or support. The reporting functionality is comprehensive, but it can take time to understand all the available options. Additionally, the cost may be challenging for smaller businesses, especially when adding extra modules or users.

Sage Intacct helps us solve challenges related to financial reporting, manual accounting processes, and visibility into company performance.
