Flexibility on its search functions and set up
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the flexibility can be counter productive, in report building there are so many tables but this is down to how the users set it up not sage itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its fast and not clunky, cloud based is very handy so you dont have to be at a physical location

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is one of the most intuitive cloud-based accounting systems I have used. It is easy to configure and customize and has robust capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, many third-party utilities building integrations with ERP systems often place Intacct behind some of its competitors for release. NetSuite tends to be first available and Sage Intacct users have to wait their turn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track all company financials and consolidations within Sage Intacct.

Multi-tab features and link reporting, with customizable filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features are available, but I’m not familiar with how to use them. The training and documentation feel too vague, and if a user isn’t sure what they’re searching for, there are too many filter options to sort through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives everyone in the company immediate access to view current balances and transactions.
