What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is the best ERP if you’re looking for a cloud-first solution without all the red tape and difficult setup that other competitors require. I was able to onboard and set up Intacct myself for our small company, with only a little help directly from a Sage consultant. Their team members are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, which makes it easy to get questions answered and tailor the system to what you need. We were able to save tens of thousands by doing it this way, compared to going with Netsuite or SAP. Overall, it’s a truly heavy-duty ERP platform that can easily handle core financials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage isn’t as visually polished as, say, Xero, and it’s significantly more complex. You really have to get up to speed on the specific way Sage does things, and it can feel very rigid. If you aren’t careful during setup, testing, or the learning process, you can end up with erroneous data or annoying formatting that’s difficult to get rid of. It’s all in the name of data integrity and traceability, but if you prefer being able to clean up mistakes and keep everything tidy, that can be tricky in Sage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage integrates really well with many of the top apps out there and serves as a strong core financial platform. Once it’s up and running, it can help speed up back-office operations. That said, it’s best suited for teams that need more complex capabilities than Xero or Quickbooks offer out of the gate.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage works well with our Service Titan program that we’ve implemented, and we’ve seen positive results so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no issues at this time with Sage, possibly that when I create a job it and it is saved there is no way to edit the job number without going to our Controller to have her correct it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re able to export our Service Titan information to Sage, and it helps our office staff work extremely well together.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sage Intacct is user-friendly and not complicated to search for anything. I am comfortable using it daily for posting general entries and managing accounts receivable and payable. It's useful for vendor and customer aging, and generating reports and consolidation is quite straightforward. Setting it up was easy for me, and I didn't need any additional training.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Sage Intacct is that it has a learning curve for new users, and some advanced features can be complex to set up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sage Intacct for ERP services and generating financial reports. It's user-friendly for posting general ledger entries, checking accounts receivable/payable, and vendor/customer aging. I find it uncomplicated to search and navigate, which makes my daily accounting tasks more comfortable.

The implementation team was very organized, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.

There are some permission limitations that make it difficult for a smaller business to manage access the way we need.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Accounts Payable Bills regularly to enter invoices that need to be paid. I really like the option to scan invoices into Sage, and it automatically fills in the fields we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m unable to view the credit amount or any adjustments in the All Bills section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reformatting the code.
