Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

You choose from four contract tiers that scale by module access, request throughput, and deployment reach. Solo runs one module category in a single region at 200 requests per minute. Growth unlocks all modules with white-label branding at 500 requests per minute, still single region. Scale adds multi-region deployment, 5000 requests per minute, and dedicated support. Enterprise removes request limits, keeps multi-region deployment and dedicated support, and adds a custom SLA, dedicated account manager, priority feature requests, and white-glove onboarding. Each step up broadens capacity, geographic reach, and support level.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as a module category in the Solo tier?
A module category is one functional area of the platform, such as payments and transfers, lending and credit, card issuing, mobile money, insurance, or savings groups. Solo runs one category in production. Core banking, which covers the multi-currency ledger and regulatory reporting, is always included regardless of the category you pick.
What happens to my throughput if request volume exceeds my tier's per-minute limit?
Solo caps at 200 requests per minute, Growth at 500, and Scale at 5000. Requests beyond the cap are throttled rather than billed as overage. To raise throughput, you move to a tier with a higher limit. Enterprise removes the per-minute cap entirely with unlimited requests.
How do module access, region reach, and support level combine across the tiers?
These factors bundle together, not billed separately. Solo gives one module in a single region. Growth adds all modules and white-label branding, still single region. Scale adds multi-region deployment and dedicated support. Enterprise keeps those and adds a custom SLA, dedicated account manager, and white-glove onboarding.

Vendor terms and conditions
Upon subscribing to this product, you must acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the vendor's End User License Agreement (EULA).
Content disclaimer
Vendors are responsible for their product descriptions and other product content. AWS does not warrant that vendors' product descriptions or other product content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Containers are lightweight, portable execution environments that wrap server application software in a filesystem that includes everything it needs to run. Container applications run on supported container runtimes and orchestration services, such as Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS) or Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS). Both eliminate the need for you to install and operate your own container orchestration software by managing and scheduling containers on a scalable cluster of virtual machines.
Version release notes
Deployment chart fixes so the platform starts cleanly (boot secrets and database wiring provisioned by the chart). Container images are unchanged from 1.1.14; this version re-publishes the corrected charts. Includes prior security & fulfillment hardening: fail-closed license signing, tier-resolution fix, marketplace webhook anti-replay, DB-sync production guard, least-privilege IAM, and an optional HTTPS listener.
