What do you like best about the product?
It's too quick to connect with the remote device. It's easier to connect either with Laptop or Mobile device that helps with on the go. Setting up was super easy. Few clicks and not much of fuss. Better image quality and easier to identify.
What do you dislike about the product?
For additional add ons and integration we would need to pay more. Reporting is little complex
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a hybrid model post covid. It's really easy to connect with the remote devices. It's super easy to guide the users with the annotations and free hand-drawing features. It saves a lot of our time in assisting our customers to resolve their queries quick. Our SLAs have improved massively and the headache of guiding users on how to connect to the remote device has been vanished with the one click session request.
