Easy to launch an SSH File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) server with this AMI that can be connected through an SFTP client such as FileZilla.
You can connect to this server with the preconfigured username and password:

Dimensions summary

Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each dimension bills per hour for one running EC2 instance of that specific type. One unit equals one instance-hour. A t3.small running for one hour is one billed hour. The instance type you pick sets the hourly rate, based on its compute, memory, and storage capacity.
The software charge meters running time only. When you stop the instance, the hourly software charge stops. Standard AWS fees for attached storage or other resources may still apply while the instance is stopped, since those are billed separately by AWS.
The listing is repackaged open-source SFTP software preconfigured on Ubuntu with a ready user account. The software charge adds vendor support on top of standard AWS infrastructure costs. You pay the instance-hour rate shown, and AWS bills its underlying compute and storage separately.
