Gyst Analytics is an AI-powered analytics layer for existing Amazon Connect IVRs and voicebots. It helps contact centers identify where callers struggle, retry, transfer, or abandon so teams can improve self-service and reduce avoidable agent minutes without replacing their current platform. This AMI listing is for organizations that require customer-hosted deployment and operational control in their own AWS environment.
The solution analyzes caller behavior across IVR, IVA, and voice self service journeys, including prompts, intents, paths, repeats, no input and no match behavior, transfers, abandons, and completion issues. Teams can use these insights to identify friction points, prioritize prompt and routing improvements, validate optimization opportunities, and measure impact over time.
The AMI deployment runs in the customer AWS environment and works alongside existing Amazon Connect flows. Gyst Analytics is the read only analytics entry point for organizations that want to understand where self service breaks down before making broader runtime optimization changes.

Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy Gyst Analytics as a customer-hosted deployment through an Amazon Machine Image (AMI) that runs in your own AWS environment. Pricing is organized into three deployment sizes based on workload volume. GA Small fits smaller production or evaluation workloads. GA Medium fits standard production workloads. GA Large fits higher-volume production workloads. Each size is billed as a contract, and you pick the one matching your call volume. All three deliver the same turn-level analytics; they differ only in the scale of workload they support. Underlying AWS, telephony, and platform usage are billed separately.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What determines which deployment size (GA Small, Medium, or Large) I should buy?
Your call volume decides the fit. GA Small suits smaller production or evaluation workloads. GA Medium fits standard production workloads. GA Large fits higher-volume production workloads. All three deliver the same turn-level analytics. They differ only in the scale of workload each supports. Pricing is per voice application.
What costs are not covered by the contract price?
Your contract price covers the Gyst Analytics deployment only. It excludes underlying AWS charges, telephony, LLM usage, and other platform usage. Because this is a customer-hosted image running in your own AWS environment, you pay separately for the compute and infrastructure resources it consumes.
What does a Gyst Analytics deployment actually produce for my contact center?
You get turn-level report data showing what happened at each conversation step. This includes prompt performance, retries, errors, timeouts, transfers, containment, and caller-response patterns. Teams use this evidence to find friction points, prioritize fixes, and validate changes before broader rollout. The deployment also includes configuration and validation support.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.
