Gyst Analytics is an AI-powered analytics layer for existing Amazon Connect IVRs and voicebots. It helps contact centers identify where callers struggle, retry, transfer, or abandon so teams can improve self-service and reduce avoidable agent minutes without replacing their current platform. This SaaS listing is the lighter, analytics-first path for teams that want faster evaluation and a lower-friction starting point.
The solution provides privacy safe turn level behavioral analytics for prompts, intents, paths, repeats, no input and no match behavior, abandons, transfers, and completion issues. Teams can use these insights to identify friction hotspots, prioritize improvements, validate optimization opportunities, and measure impact over time.
Gyst Analytics works alongside an existing Amazon Connect environment and does not require replacing the current contact center platform. The SaaS model gives teams a low lift way to analyze caller journeys, improve containment planning, reduce unnecessary agent minutes, and build a data backed roadmap for better self service performance.

You buy this product on an annual contract, priced per voice application. The three options — GA Small, GA Medium, and GA Large — are deployment sizes for the same analytics service. You pick the size based on your workload volume. GA Small fits smaller production or evaluation workloads. GA Medium fits standard production workloads. GA Large fits higher-volume production workloads. All three cover the same turn-level analytics; you scale up by moving to a larger size. Pricing excludes underlying AWS, telephony, and related platform usage. Private offers and multi-application or multi-year pricing are available on request.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit for billing across the three deployment sizes?
Pricing is set per voice application. One unit maps to a single voice application you deploy analytics for. If you run several voice applications, you pay for each one. Multi-application pricing is available on request. GA Small, Medium, and Large differ by workload volume, not by how a unit is counted.
What costs sit outside this contract price that I should budget for separately?
The contract price covers the Gyst Analytics service only. It excludes underlying AWS charges, telephony, large language model usage, and other platform usage. You pay those separately based on your own consumption. Budget for these on top of the deployment size fee you select.
If my call volume grows past my deployment size, how does my cost change?
You move to a larger deployment size to handle higher volume. GA Small suits smaller production or evaluation workloads, GA Medium suits standard production, and GA Large suits higher-volume production. All three deliver the same turn-level analytics. Changing size is a manual choice, not an automatic overage charge.
