Gyst CX is an AI optimization layer for existing Amazon Connect IVRs and voicebots. It helps contact centers automate more calls by tuning pacing, prompts, timeouts, and opt-out behavior during live interactions, reducing repeats, transfers, and agent minutes without replacing their current platform. This AMI listing is for organizations that require customer-hosted deployment and operational control in their own AWS environment.
Gyst CX helps teams understand where callers struggle across IVR and IVA journeys and then improve those journeys through real-time optimization. The platform is designed to improve caller experience and self-service completion by personalizing the interaction in real time with dynamic audio playback and pacing tuned to caller behavior. It also reduces abandons, repeat loops, and unnecessary agent transfers through intent-level optimization, including intelligent timeout tuning, so more callers can complete self-service without an agent.
In addition to runtime control, Gyst CX delivers measurable economics with analytics that show where callers hit friction, what to fix first, and how containment and agent-minute consumption improve over time. This makes it suitable for organizations that want a fuller AWS-native deployment than analytics alone while still preserving control of their own AWS environment.
For AWS deployments, this AMI can be paired with AWS deployment assets, including CloudFormation templates and required Lambda-based integration components for Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex implementations where applicable.

Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers three contract dimensions sized by contact center scale: GCX Small, GCX Medium, and GCX Large. You pick the tier that matches your operation, from smaller centers up through large ones. Each is a customer-hosted machine image (AMI) you run in your own AWS environment for real-time voice self-service optimization. The tiers share the same optimization capability and differ by the size of the contact center they support. Pricing applies per voice application and excludes underlying AWS, telephony, and platform usage costs. Multi-application and multi-year arrangements are available through private offers.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What decides whether we need GCX Small, Medium, or Large?
You choose the tier based on your contact center size. GCX Small fits smaller centers, GCX Medium fits medium-sized centers, and GCX Large fits large centers. All three deliver the same real-time optimization capability. The difference is the scale of contact center each tier supports.
What does the per voice application unit cover, and what costs sit outside it?
Pricing applies to each voice application you optimize. It excludes underlying AWS infrastructure, telephony, large language model, and platform usage costs. Those are billed separately through your own accounts. Since this is a customer-hosted machine image, you also run it in your own AWS environment and manage that hosting.
How do we handle more than one voice application or a longer commitment?
The listed pricing covers a single voice application. If you run several applications or want a multi-year arrangement, the vendor offers multi-application and multi-year pricing through private offers on request. Contact the vendor to size an arrangement that matches your application count and term.

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.
