Intelligent MES and AI-powered machine monitoring for discrete manufacturers -connecting machines, ERP, and tribal knowledge while automating everything in between.
MachineMetrics is the industry's leading production intelligence platform, delivering next-gen MES and AI-powered machine monitoring software for discrete manufacturers. Today's factories face mounting pressure to produce more with less, but manual tracking and legacy MES systems just can't keep up. That's where MachineMetrics comes in.
We connect any machine, regardless of make or model, and deliver real-time insights across the shop floor, from operators to executives. Our platform powers critical workflows like work order management, production scheduling, OEE analytics, and downtime tracking, while integrating seamlessly with ERP systems.
The result: Manufacturers gain the visibility, agility, and intelligence they need to boost throughput, reduce downtime, and continuously improve performance, without the cost and complexity of traditional MES.
Maximize Machine Health & Uptime: Proactively monitor real-time machine performance and conditions to minimize unplanned downtime and extend equipment life. By enabling predictive maintenance and early anomaly detection, MachineMetrics helps manufacturers keep machines running reliably, boosting productivity and asset ROI.
Boost Throughput & Productivity: Gain live visibility into production performance across every machine, line, and shift. Identify bottlenecks, track OEE, and empower operators and supervisors to take immediate action so you get more parts out the door, faster.
Optimize Scheduling and Resources Efficiency: Connect real-time production data with your scheduling workflows to align what's planned with what's actually happening on the factory floor. MachineMetrics Intelligent Scheduling ensures resources are fully utilized, production stays on track, and delivery deadlines are consistently met.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.

Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one machine license when I buy a unit?
A machine license connects one piece of equipment to the platform. This covers any make and model, from modern CNC machines to legacy assets and manual stations. Each unit includes up to 13 machine licenses. You add units to match your total connected machine count.
How do the Core Platform and MES Module units combine on my bill?
The two modules bill independently. The Core Platform unit provides connectivity, dashboards, reporting, alerts, and API access. The MES Module unit adds job tracking, operator clock in-out, labor tickets, completion projections, and scheduling. You can buy Core Platform alone or add MES Module units to layer execution features on top.
What happens to my cost if I connect more than 13 machines?
Each unit covers up to 13 machine licenses. To connect more machines, you add units. Cost scales with the number of units you buy, not with users, since every unit includes unlimited user access. For pricing tailored to your machine count, you contact the vendor.
