Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You choose between two contract options billed on a fixed-quantity basis. Terrateam Cloud gives you the hosted version with unlimited users and usage. Terrateam Enterprise lets you run the server on your own infrastructure. Both are flat commitments rather than per-user or per-run charges, so your cost does not scale with team size or how often you run automation. The difference between them is deployment: hosted versus self-hosted. Purchasing through AWS Marketplace consolidates billing with your AWS invoice and can count toward your AWS commitments. Custom terms are available through private offers.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What is the difference between the Terrateam Cloud and Terrateam Enterprise options?
Terrateam Cloud runs on the vendor's hosted infrastructure with unlimited users and usage. Terrateam Enterprise gives you a self-hosted server you run on your own infrastructure. Both are flat commitments with identical features. The choice comes down to whether you want managed hosting or full control over deployment.
Does my cost change based on how many times I run automation or how many people use it?
No. Both options are flat commitments. You are not charged per run or per user. Runs, users, concurrency, and private runners are unlimited. Running more automation or adding teammates does not increase your bill. There is no per-run meter and no per-seat math to track.
What infrastructure do I need to run the self-hosted Terrateam Enterprise server?
You run the Terrateam server, a database for state and audit logs, and a load balancer for production. You can deploy using containers, an orchestration platform with auto-scaling, or on AWS with ECS, Fargate, ALB, and RDS. The vendor provides a single infrastructure-as-code module for AWS deployment.
