    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like most is how it handles multi-entity accounting without needing endless Excel files. We run reports faster and share them with leadership almost instantly. The dashboards show real-time financials, which helps us spot trends instead of waiting for month-end. Also, approvals and workflows are built in, so less back-and-forth by email.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The interface feels dated in places, and some screens take extra clicks to find what you need. Also, initial setup can get complex.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Before Intacct, we spent too much time collecting data from different systems and reconciling numbers by hand. Now, transactions flow in automatically, and reports are ready when we need them. That saves days of work each month and helps leadership make quicker decisions.

    What do you like best about the product?
    My favorite part of the SAGE Intacct system is the ability to duplicate recurring journal entries.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I sometimes need to drill in farther than I would like to void a transaction or see a check number.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The reporting functions in SAGE are outstanding. As a company, we have gained many efficiencies in both operations and accounting with the reporting.

    Increase cost when shifting from Sage 100 to Sage Intacct.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Easy to maintain. Flexible options with various modules. Professionalism of help center and the community center. We are in our seventh year since implementation and the system has worked excellent for us.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Nothing in particular. The Fixed Asset and Cash Management modules have some challenges with how we use them. We use Asset Edge software for Fixed assets and it seems to have hiccups during the year. With cash management we use another system to track receipts and receivables and sales. This not Sage problem per say wondering it other options may be available. That question to be review by our IT team and the capabilities of other software system.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Real time reporting for expenses has been really good. Dashboards are helpful to key areas of management in various parts of organization.
