Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing prices on a single dimension: Workflows, billed in units under a contract. A workflow routes documents automatically after they are printed, scanned, submitted, or uploaded. You scale by adding workflow units to match your document processing needs. The listing does not publish a set rate for this dimension. For pricing on additional workflow units, you contact Sales at aws@vasion.com. Because there is one dimension, all capabilities fall under the same contract structure rather than separate tiers or plans.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one workflow unit for billing?
A workflow is an automated route that moves a document after it enters the platform. Entry happens when a document is printed, scanned, submitted, or uploaded. The workflow then routes it, collects approvals or signatures, and files it automatically. You add workflow units to match the number of automated document processes you run.
How do I get pricing, and how does cost change as I add workflows?
The listing does not publish a set rate for workflow units. To get pricing or add more units, contact Sales at aws@vasion.com. Cost scales with the number of workflow units you commit to under the contract. Adding units is not automatic; you arrange it through Sales.
What document entry points can trigger a workflow unit?
Four ingestion points feed workflows: print from the File > Print dialog, scans from a multifunction device, completed digital or PDF form submissions, and direct uploads. Any of these can start a preconfigured workflow, send a document for signature, or route it to storage. The billing unit is the workflow itself, not the entry point.

The Vasion Platform offers Vasion Print for simplified end user printing, Vasion Output for business critical printing, and Vasion
Automate for business process automation.
There are two versions of Vasion Print. One is a true SaaS implementation that eliminates the need for traditional print-server infrastructure, hardware resources, licensing, or maintenance. The other is an easily updated virtual appliance for on-premises use with equivalent functionality.
The Vasion Virtual Appliance VA is part of our on-premises platform. The Virtual Appliance is typically a great fit for companies that want the benefits of our serverless printing infrastructure but need tighter control over their print environment.
Vasion Output is a cloud-native solution that simplifies how organizations manage and automate their backend, system-generated critical print processes. By seamlessly integrating with existing ERP, EMR, and other business systems, it eliminates manual interventions and outdated infrastructure, while streamlining document routing, conversion, and delivery. The Vasion platform unifies end-user and back-office printing within a single, intuitive interface, enabling visibility and control over your entire output environment to ensure your business-critical processes remain uninterrupted.
Incredibly Easy Printer Deployment That Eliminated Our Printer Tickets
Reviewed on Jul 22, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Incredible ease of use for deployment. I manage 170 printers and deployment is second nature. Printer tickets dropped to esentially zero from moving away from traditional print servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting leaves a lot to be desired. I have to build a custom SNMP application to get detailed reporting on things that should be built into printer logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Printer mapping and deployment on non-persistent VDI. I will fight anyone who tries to make me leave printerlogic.

What do you like best about the product?
PrinterLogic has saved countless hours installing and updating drivers.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you need to set up a one-off driver to handle a specific special project, either you use a license to set up the modified driver, or have to set the driver up manually on a PC. This downside is more circumstantial, and not really a fault of PrinterLogic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PrinterLogic saves hundreds of hours of our time to install and upgrade our printer drivers.

Easy Printer Installs and Flexible Control with PrinterLogic
Reviewed on Jul 13, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to install printers, prevent users from accessing other printers, and the flexibility of PrinterLogic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of installing the agent on Mac and Windows devices could be smoother. I wish you offered a bundled option that would generate an installation package for both Mac and Windows with our authorization code already included, so we don’t have to create it manually ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PrinterLogic solved our problem of having to maintain a print server and everything that comes with it. Now our printers are easier and quicker to install.
