    In Scope

    Discovery Sessions

    • KA will spend 2-3 hours of time on discovery calls with you to understand your current Salesforce landscape and either fully detail out the Agentforce use case you have in mind or help you determine the best use case to deploy an Agent for initial value
    • KA will put together the requirements and process flow based on these sessions

    Build

    • Implementation and Activation of a single Agent based on specified use case
    • Enable and Provide User Access
    • Manage and Configure Settings
    • Setup of 3 additional custom actions for your business use case:
    1. Create custom actions using flow, prompt templates or Apex
    2. Add custom actions to the Agent Builder

    Testing & Training

    • KA will spend up to 2 hours on calls guiding your team through User Acceptance Testing for the Agent
    • KA will spend up to 2 hours of calls training the team on how to utilize the Agent
    • KA will provide a clean recording of the Training so it can be utilized for follow up and new employees

    Highlights
