JoinNow is a cloud-native authentication platform that eliminates passwords and enforces continuous device trust with certificate-based access and real-time validation. Powered by Dynamic PKI and Cloud RADIUS, JoinNow interoperates with your IdPs, MDMs, EDR platforms, and network infrastructure to deliver adaptive, policy-driven access control. A built-in, customizable policy engine automates certificate issuance, renewal, and revocation ensuring only trusted users and devices gain, and retain, access, without added complexity or overhead.
JoinNow is a cloud-native authentication platform that eliminates passwords and enforces continuous device trust using certificate-based access, real-time validation, and automated policy enforcement.
Built on Dynamic PKI and Cloud RADIUS, JoinNow continuously validates user and device posture using live data from your identity, device management, and security systems. Traditional certificate models validate trust only at the time of issuance. JoinNow evaluates risk signals continuously and automatically issues, renews, or revokes certificates based on posture, compliance, role, or threat context.
The platform integrates with identity providers such as Okta, Entra ID, and Google Workspace, as well as device management platforms like Intune, Jamf, and Mosyle, and security tools like CrowdStrike and Microsoft Defender. These integrations allow organizations to enforce access decisions based on current identity and device attributes without additional infrastructure or manual effort.
JoinNow's Cloud RADIUS service supports 802.1X authentication across wired and wireless networks. It applies real-time policies to authorize access, segment users, and enforce compliance. Policy conditions can include risk, compliance, user group, device type, MDM status, and OS. This enables consistent access control for managed devices, BYOD, guests, and legacy systems.
Certificate issuance, renewal, and revocation are fully automated using policy-driven workflows. Certificates are non-exportable and bound to the device. Guest registration, sponsored access, and MAC-based onboarding are also supported, enabling secure connectivity across all user types and device categories.
JoinNow is delivered as a fully managed cloud service with no on-premises components to maintain. It offers high availability by default and scales to support environments of any size. Authentication remains resilient and passwordless, while device and user trust and compliance are continuously enforced.
By uniting Cloud RADIUS and Dynamic PKI with a deep integration ecosystem across IdP, MDM, EDR, SIEM and networking vendors, JoinNow provides organizations with a modern authentication framework that adapts to risk and simplifies secure access across diverse device environments.
Highlights
Continuous Trust Enforcement: Delivers high-assurance authentication by continuously verifying device trust using real-time identity, compliance, and risk signals. Strengthens access control through advanced certificate enrollment protocols such as Dynamic SCEP, ACME Device Attestation, and others, combined with automated certificate and Cloud RADIUS workflows.
Interoperable by Design: Strengthens authentication by leveraging seamless integrations with IdPs, MDMs, EDRs, and network infrastructure to drive adaptive, policy-based access decisions. Cloud-native interoperability enables deeper use of identity and risk data, making authentication smarter and more secure. At the same time, it simplifies deployment with a fully managed Cloud RADIUS and Dynamic PKI platform that automates certificate lifecycle operations and eliminates on-premises maintenance.
Secure Network Access for Any Device: Extends passwordless, certificate-based access to all device types including managed, unmanaged/BYOD, guest, legacy, and IoT across wired, wireless, and cloud environments. Enforces granular, data-driven access policies using identity, posture, group membership, and compliance context. Simplifies onboarding by removing the need for agents, static credentials, or MFA without compromising security or increasing IT burden.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Advanced access control with dynamic certificate issuance, secure guest Wi-Fi, and expanded integration support across IDPs, MDMs, and APIs. Best for organizations needing scalable, adaptive policy enforcement and high availability. Minimum 100 devices. Scalable volume discounts available.
You buy the JoinNow Platform through a single contract dimension, Apex Enterprise, priced per unit. Pricing scales with the number of devices you secure, starting at a minimum of 100 devices. As your device count grows, volume discounts apply, so the per-unit rate can decrease at higher quantities. This one dimension covers access control, dynamic certificate issuance, secure guest Wi-Fi, and integration support across identity providers, device management tools, and APIs. There are no separate tiers or add-ons to combine; you size the contract to your device volume.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one device for billing under the Apex Enterprise unit?
A unit maps to one device that receives a certificate. This includes managed endpoints, BYOD devices, servers, IoT devices, and non-human identities like AI agents or container workloads. Each device that enrolls and holds a certificate counts separately, whether it runs on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Chrome, or Linux.
Is there a minimum device count, and does my per-unit rate change as I add devices?
You must secure at least 100 devices to start. As your device count grows, volume discounts apply, so the per-unit rate can decrease at higher quantities. You size a single contract to your device volume rather than buying separate tiers or add-ons.
Are all the platform capabilities included in this one dimension, or billed separately?
All capabilities come under the single Apex Enterprise unit. This covers dynamic certificate issuance, Cloud RADIUS authentication, secure guest Wi-Fi, device onboarding, and integration support across identity providers, device management tools, and APIs. There are no separate charges for individual features; you pay per device secured.
