Effortless Setup and Professional Guidance with SecureW2
What do you like best about the product?
The SecureW2 folks made this very easy - setup was guided and scoping was incredibly thoughtful and professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing i can think of. So far rollout and everything was pretty much flawless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cert-based Wifi.
Effortless Certificate Management and Seamless Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of certificate management for our RADIUS implementation, the ability to utilize the built in certificate authority for other items other than just RADIUS. We had a smooth implementation as we worked directly with the SecureW2 team to implement the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I can report, is a bit of confusion with the support team in terms of an issue that we had, it took a bit of time prior to getting the answer for the issue. This was only a one time thing to this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to get rid of our on-premises RADIUS infrastructure and move solely to the cloud. This moved us away from a single failure point for the entirety of our RADIUS infrastructure.
Reliable security with excellent onboarding and support
What do you like best about the product?
Our experience with SecureW2 has been extremely positive. We use the JoinNow Connector K12 Bundle, JoinNow MultiOS, and JoinNow CloudRADIUS, and each has worked smoothly in our environment. The onboarding team guided us clearly through setup, and their support continues to be responsive and knowledgeable whenever questions arise.
The certificate-based approach has strengthened our network security and greatly reduced day-to-day access issues across macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and ChromeOS devices. SecureW2 integrates well with our identity systems and has proven reliable over time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. It sure beats running this on a local Windows CA PKI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureW2 JoinNow solves the problem of managing secure WiFi access by using certificate-based authentication, which has reduced helpdesk tickets, improved reliability across devices, and strengthened our overall network security.
All the benefits of PKI without needing to maintain it on-prem!
What do you like best about the product?
SecureW2 has been a fantastic product. It's all the benefits of certificate based authentication with none of the hassle of maintaining ADCS or another PKI infrastructure on-premise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The JoinNow endpoint enrollment platform is not of great use to us, since we only issue certificates to our MDM-managed devices via SCEP, or manually by fulfilling CSR's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage the certificates on our devices without maintaining permanent VPN access or securing an on-premise CA server is incredible. It was very simple to set up and engrain in our environment.
The answer for 802.1X Wi-Fi implementations
What do you like best about the product?
Easy, cloud-based radius and certificate PKI for implementation of secure, certificate-based Wi-Fi networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation could use some improvements, but support is always available and eager to assist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an MSP, SecureW2 is our trusted partner for designing and implementing certificate-based WiFi to several of our customers. Their SaaS and IaaS setup eliminates the need for us to host our own servers to solve the challenges of delivering the most secure and seamless wireless experience for our customers. Their knowledge of both Intune and Addigy has helped us deliver solutions for both Windows and Mac computers.

What do you like best about the product?
With their PKI services, JoinNow is a turnkey approach that unifies the onboarding of both BYOD and institution owned devices to campus wifi.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with MDM and PKI services can require the use of SecureW2 support to configure. But their support is top notch, knowledgeable, and willing to assist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureW2 gives us PKI and RADIUS in the cloud so we don't have to run that infrastructure ourselves. An added benefit of this is that infrastructure is not limited to campus, allowing employees and students to onboard their devices to campus wifi before even arriving to campus.
Cloud hosted CA and Radius that just works
What do you like best about the product?
SecureW2 let us completely offload our CA server and management to the cloud, as well as all RADIUS wifi auth. No more on-prem controllers or Radius servers to contend with. It's been very easy to use once setup and I rarely have to think about it as it just works, which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides are the config menus can be hard to use and you can't copy network policies which can be tedious if you have many sites with many vlans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureW2 let us offload all our on-prem CA and Radius servers to the cloud, freeing up time for my team.
Quick and Easy Access to the Wi-Fi with Secure Arthitecture
What do you like best about the product?
Recently, we implemented the SecureW2 Cloud PKI solution to enhance Wi-Fi authentication for corporate devices managed through Intune. This integration streamlined the process, enabling seamless and secure access to corporate Wi-Fi on company-managed devices using the SecureW2 architecture.
What do you dislike about the product?
The architecture is highly sophisticated and requires thorough study of the SecureW2 documentation to fully comprehend its intricacies. However, it secures the connection which is important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company new to the product, we aimed to leverage the benefits of cloud-based PKI for Wi-Fi access rather than relying on an on-premises RADIUS solution. SecureW2 effectively resolved our corporate Wi-Fi connectivity challenges with minimal effort, eliminating the need for in-house expertise in configuration. Their professional technical support and comprehensive knowledge base are well-structured, enabling IT professionals to implement the solution independently. Additionally, their support team is consistently available to provide assistance and ensure seamless product integration.
Perfect Set and Forget Product
What do you like best about the product?
The team are extremely helpful during the implementation and on going support. The product simply works. After setting up the product, we have not touched it for an entire year, which is great. Truly set and forget product.

Nothing that I dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SecureW2 has solved our Zero Trust Azure AD Wi-fi deployment by creating a passwordless environment that is deployed to our endpoints. The product is perfect for the job.
Making PKI easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of SecureW2 is that it just works!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues with SecureW2, however, I suppose the price would be the only downside thus far.

We're solving our network security and ease of access using SecureW2. Having a Managed PKI simplifies the management of certificates and access management.
