The dimensions map to specific instance types across two families: t3 (t3.large, t3.xlarge, t3.2xlarge) and m-series (m3.large through m5.24xlarge, including m5.metal). Larger instances carry more compute and memory, so the hourly rate rises with instance size. All options include the same WooCommerce deployment plus 24/7 monitoring, security scans, and support. Choose the instance that fits your store's traffic and workload. Because billing is usage-based, your cost tracks the hours each instance runs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
One hour covers a single running EC2 instance of the chosen type. Billing meters each hour that instance runs. Each instance type carries a set amount of CPU and memory, so larger types cost more per hour. Running multiple instances multiplies your hourly charge.
The software charge meters running hours only. A fully stopped instance does not accrue the hourly software fee. Stopped instances may still incur underlying AWS storage costs for attached volumes. To pause software charges, stop the instance when your store does not need it.
Every instance type includes the same WooCommerce deployment plus 24/7 monitoring, continuous security scans, and support. Support carries a 30-minute response target at any time. The hourly rate changes only with instance size, not with the level of monitoring or support you receive.

After deployment, you can access your application at http://<public IP>. (It might take up to 15 minutes to be available post-deployment). The machine is accessible via SSH, default username: ubuntu. Where relevant, app login credentials are available on message of the day (and /etc/motd).
