What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Tableau is how easy it is to turn complex data into clear, interactive dashboards and visualizations. It helps us quickly analyze trends, monitor key metrics, and combine data from different sources so business users can make faster, data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any major concerns with Tableau. Sometimes building more complex dashboards, managing data sources, or troubleshooting performance issues can take additional time. Simplifying these areas and providing clearer performance diagnostics would make the platform even easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau is helping us combine inventory data, Salesforce data, customer data, and accounting data into a single analytics view. This gives us better visibility across different areas of the business and allows us to create dashboards and reports without looking at multiple systems separately. It helps teams identify trends, monitor performance, and make faster, more informed business decisions.

That it connect with multiple data sources to give the best looking reports, dashboards and the insights. When its only salesforce source, it is quite easy to setup and use.

The building of rules, data models can be simplified. It is not so wasy for beginners when handling complex data models.

In Salesforce multiple object and multiple table reports have many limitations on core however with tableau we are able to make complex reports chart and graphs easily

Ease of use for end users can be tricky
There are many reports it can become overwhelming I found user onboarding and training is a good counter measure
