What do you like best about the product?
Tableau makes it easy to turn complex business data into clear, interactive dashboards. I like the flexibility of the visualisations, the ability to drill into data quickly, and how well it supports self-service reporting for business users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some administration and data preparation tasks can become complex, particularly with larger data sets and multiple data sources. Performance tuning and permissions can also take time to manage in larger enterprise environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau helps us bring data from multiple sources together into clear dashboards and reports. It reduces the amount of manual reporting required, gives business users faster access to insights, and makes it easier to identify trends and monitor performance. This helps improve decision-making and saves time for both technical and business teams.

Tableau gives us the ability to visualize data in a way that standard Salesforce reports and dashboard cannot.

I would love some better training materials to be available.

Tableau helps us join data in a manner that we can't do with Salesforce reports or dashboards, allowing us to give users more effective data for managing their pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Our leadership team really appreciates the analytics we’re able to build in Tableau. The visual presentation of our data is consistently well received, because it tells a clear, easy-to-follow story.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn’t easy to build out, and I wish more people had the knowledge and access to create these dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have so much data, and it’s useless if we can’t analyze it. That’s what Tableau does for us.
