What do you like best about the product?
Tableau Next connecting to Datacloud is a real game changer. I really love how it works, and the overall experience feels smooth and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not a fully fledged ramp. Since it’s in GovCloud, it should have a complete governance process in place, and it should be implemented quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The dashboard and reporting are strong, and we even connect it with agentforce. The reporting, in particular, is the real gem of this product.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Tableau is how easily it turns complex data into intuitive, interactive visualizations that business users can actually understand and act on. Its flexibility in connecting to multiple data sources, powerful analytics, and highly customizable dashboards make it valuable for both executive reporting and detailed analysis. I also like how quickly teams can move from raw data to meaningful insights without requiring extensive technical expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main limitation I find with Tableau is that it can have a relatively steep learning curve for advanced analytics, dashboard optimization, and administration. As dashboards become more complex or data volumes increase, performance tuning and data modeling can require significant technical expertise. Licensing and overall cost can also become a consideration for organizations with a large number of users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau helps solve the challenge of turning large, complex datasets into clear and actionable business insights. It brings data from multiple sources together, enables interactive analysis, and makes it easier to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities without relying heavily on technical teams. This helps us make faster, data-driven decisions, improve reporting efficiency, and give stakeholders a much clearer view of business performance.

What do you like best about the product?
Tableau is incredibly useful because it is intuitive to use and offers far more analytical capabilities than Excel. Additionally, participating in its community has allowed me to expand my knowledge base and helped me level up my skills as a data analyst.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has poor compatibility with Microsoft products. For example, when trying to analyze viewing data for videos hosted on SharePoint, a direct connection isn't possible, requiring about two hours of various data processing beforehand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tableau has enabled us to conduct cross-sectional analysis of data previously siloed across various systems—a capability our company lacked until now. In my role in internal PR, I leverage these integrated data insights to drive initiatives aimed at increasing employee engagement.
