    Overview

Data 360 is the engine that activates trusted context across your entire enterprise. Every data source you have - your warehouse, data lake, third-party signals, product data - gets connected to the business context that already lives in Salesforce: the business logic, shared language, guardrails, and automation. All possible without moving data, thanks to Zero Copy.

It works with the tools and teams you already have, including AWS. Data 360 connects directly to data where it lives, breaking down silos and harmonizing information using low-code tools so every department can power Agentforce, automate workflows, and make smarter decisions faster.

The result: every person on your team, and every AI agent working on your behalf, is always operating from a complete, current, and trusted picture of your customer and business, right now, in the moment it is needed.

    Powerful Customer Data Unification Platform

    Reviewed on Sep 12, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Data 360 is its ability to bring customer data from different systems into a more unified, real-time view. It can help connect CRM, website, marketing, and other data sources so teams have better context for personalization, reporting, automation, and AI use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data 360 can be complex to set up, especially when working with data mapping, integrations, identity resolution rules, data quality, and governance. It takes planning and clean source data to get meaningful results, so it may feel more technical than other Salesforce products for newer users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data 360 helps solve the problem of customer data living in separate systems and creating incomplete or duplicate records. It connects, harmonizes, and unifies that data into a more complete customer view, so teams can make better decisions, personalize outreach, improve service, and give AI agents more reliable context.

Unifies Customer Data Across Salesforce for Easier Activation

    Reviewed on Sep 12, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Data 360 is its ability to unify customer data from multiple sources and make that data directly usable across Salesforce. It helps create a more complete customer view without requiring every source system to be redesigned, and the integration with CRM, analytics, automation, and Agentforce makes activation much easier. I especially like that data can move beyond reporting and be used directly in business processes and customer engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most is the complexity of designing and operating Data 360 effectively. Data ingestion, identity resolution, data modeling, and activation all require careful architecture, and it can be difficult for teams to understand the overall design at first. Cost and consumption management can also be challenging, especially as data volumes and use cases grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data 360 helps solve the problem of customer data being fragmented across multiple systems and data sources. By unifying and harmonizing that data, it provides a more complete customer view that can be used across CRM, analytics, automation, and Agentforce. This reduces the effort required to move and prepare data for each use case, enables more timely and personalized engagement, and helps teams make better decisions based on consistent customer information.
