    What do you like best about the product?
    Easy to use User interface, fast and responsive, good functionalities, which helps to do the work efficiently and effectively in every work environment
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Can be more simple, a quick walkthrough guides/videos will be helpful to new users, we can add more functionalities, also we can introduce AI to make enhance productivity and minise time
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Clearing up open payroll cases, it helps me track, resolve and analyse the cases, in very efficient and effective manner, very powerful tool, highly recommended

    What do you like best about the product?
    I really like how convenient each category of information is able to be found quickly. And it’s not hard to read. If I had more categories, I would use them in salesforce
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I guess I really like how simple the platform is to learn & teach. I’ve also utilized it in different industries where I’ve had to retain clientele or book of business. Not much to dislike
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It’s saving time and money from filing paperwork and a file cabinet to digitizing it on a screen. Or mobile device with Internet connection anywhere..

    Built-In Compliance Tools:-
    1. Helps stay compliant with regulations like FINRA, SEC, and insurance industry standards.
    2. Offers audit trails, permission controls, and record-keeping support.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It's high cost, complexity and steep learning curve and customization is but challenging and also require specialized technical expertise or third-party consultants
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It has benefited in lot more ways like having a real time data within a short period of time within dashboard representation also it's Built-In Compliance Tool helps us in stay compliant with regulations which also offers audit trails, permission controls and record-keeping

    What do you like best about the product?
    Easy access to information produced by the entire team. Online access so quick to log in when travelling. Reports can be generated without programming.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Would have appreciated if Task-fields allowed us to format text and to include charts and photos. Would like to store notes in a format similar to MS Word.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We store information on meetings in the system. Hence we then can retrieve previous conversations and compare what the decision makers said in earlier meetings.

    Lo que no me gusta de Salesforce Financial Services Cloud es que, aunque es una herramienta muy poderosa, su configuración inicial puede ser compleja y requiere una curva de aprendizaje considerable. Además, ciertas personalizaciones avanzadas pueden implicar costos adicionales o depender del soporte técnico especializado, lo que puede limitar a equipos con menos recursos.

    Uno de los problemas de Salesforce Financial Services Cloud es que su alta capacidad de personalización puede hacerlo complejo de implementar sin apoyo técnico especializado. Esto representa un reto, pero también me beneficia porque me obliga a conocer mejor los procesos del negocio y a optimizarlos desde el inicio. Al invertir tiempo en su correcta configuración, obtengo una plataforma sólida, adaptada a mis necesidades, que mejora la productividad y la relación con los clientes a largo plazo.
