What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) is that it provides secure internet access from anywhere without relying on traditional VPNs or on-premise firewalls, while inspecting web traffic for threats in real time. It combines strong security with a seamless user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it can block legitimate websites or business applications, requiring exceptions and causing minor user frustration.Sometimes overly restrictive policies can block legitimate sites and impact productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zscaler Internet Access is its cloud-native, Zero Trust approach to securing internet access. It provides secure, policy-based access from any location without relying on traditional VPNs. Features like URL filtering, SSL inspection, cloud firewall, and centralized policy management improve security, simplify administration, and enhance visibility while delivering a seamless user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of Zscaler Internet Access is that troubleshooting can be challenging because traffic is inspected and routed through the cloud, making it harder to quickly identify the root cause of connectivity issues. SSL inspection may also cause compatibility issues with some applications if not configured properly. Additionally, creating and managing complex policies requires a good understanding of the platform, and policy changes can sometimes take time to validate and test. Overall, these are manageable with proper planning and administration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zscaler Internet Access solves the challenge of securing internet access for users regardless of their location. It replaces traditional perimeter-based security with a Zero Trust model, protecting users from malware, phishing, and unauthorized access while enforcing consistent security policies. What do you like best about the product?
Zscaler Internet Access is Zscaler's cloud-delivered Secure Web Gateway and Secure Service Edge solution that secures users internet traffics. It is used by enterprises adopting Zero Trust security and hybrid work models its an excellent VPN to secure the data from hackers
What do you dislike about the product?
When applications stop working due to security policies or SSL inspection, identifying the exact cause can be difficult. Costs can increase significantly for large deployments, its an disadvantage that its powerful security comes with higher complexity, potential latency from traffic inspection, and premium licensing costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zscaler Internet access remains one of the best Secure Web Gateway and SSE products in 2026. While deployment complexity and licensing costs may be concerns

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy, you can authenticate early so you won't have issues. Very few issues as far as performance. Easiness of usage, not complicated. Like that even if you miss authenticating it is easy to get back in your systems quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Worse thing is if you are away and you can't authenicate on time, you can't get in. It also locks you out on your phone applications. Sometimes when a clinch of the system, it keeps making your authenticate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work all over the world, it is important for us to be able to access our data for anywhere without worrying about it being hacked, or data be stolen

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how it connects on any non-office network, no matter where I am. Anywhere I have an internet connection, I can connect to the VPN network safely and securely, which is one of its key USPs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if the network is not good there, I feel some latency and video calls do buffer where without connecting this buffering will be less. This is prominent when more people are using this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessing sensitive data from non office networks like ARIBA, SAP, COUPA and legal platforms like Volody. These are very sensitive websites and joining them without being connected to office network is a plus point.
