What do you like best about the product?
Zscaler is very easy to access and use on a regular basis. Integrations with the system is also very seamless and easy flowing. Problems come with connections sometime, but apart from that, it is a really good tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connection disruptions frequently at the start of the system is where I face major problems. It also hampers my productivity since I am not able to connect to the internet when I should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the company provided network and also ensuring that I do not visit any pirated sites, which might lead to hacking of any sort. Good firewall is being established and Zscaler is doing a good job with that.

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly like Zscaler Internet Access for its secure internet access, cloud architecture, web filter, and its ability to block phishing attacks. The web filtering capabilities allow us to enforce corporate internet usage policies, while the cloud-based architecture simplifies administration, improves availability, and can be used on a large number of devices and users. Also, the installation process was easy and quick, taking only 2-3 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that my devices sometimes work slow, especially on older systems, which can be a bit frustrating. I also experience temporary access issues during policy changes that need adjustments, which can be inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zscaler Internet Access for secure internet access and URL filtering on 10,000 devices. It reduces VPN traffic and enforces internet policies, while its cloud architecture simplifies management.

It is great protection service from various viruses, phishing mails, malwares to get into my system through various unknown websites it is greatly make the environment safe to use and block unnecessary websites
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it also blocs various important websites as well to make it secure it can be very useful if there is an temporary access for those websites and afterwards it can be blocked

It is very helpful to get only access for safe and secure website also blocks unnecessary websites which can harm the system or any of my personal data also it is very easy to use and starts just after turning on the PC

What do you like best about the product?
The security features are among the best on the market, and it’s a very relevant product in today’s cyber world. The ease of applying company-specific rules is especially useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s highly effective for web filtering and threat detection, but it can also introduce latency, which gets annoying. There are also times when the app crashes.

One of the problem it solves is it makes internet security more cloud native and secures the workforce and enables work from anywhere which is a key perk given by all corporates
