What do you like best about the product?
I really like Zscaler Internet Access's cloud-native scalability, which means we don't need to worry about capacity planning or hardware refresh cycles; everything scales up on Zscaler's end. The global presence of data centers ensures low-latency access no matter where our users connect from. Having a unified console is fantastic because it centralizes policy management across web, cloud app, and threat protection, eliminating the need to manage multiple tools. The strong threat intelligence is great; the real-time updates in the cloud mean a threat detected for one customer can help protect others. I appreciate the seamless user experience, where security operates quietly in the background without noticeable slowdowns, which is a big improvement over clunky VPN clients. Lastly, the granular policy control is incredibly useful, allowing different rules for different user groups rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find troubleshooting complex because when issues arise, it's tough to determine if it's the Zscaler Internet Access policy, SSL inspection, or the app itself causing the problem. I experience SSL inspection breakage with apps that use certificate pinning, which requires ongoing manual bypass rule maintenance. The learning curve for admins is steep because the policy engine's flexibility can lead to rule conflicts, and tuning takes time. I also feel that the cost at scale can be high due to the licensing structure, which isn't always clearly presented upfront. The documentation and support sometimes don't keep up with new features, leading to slow ticket resolution for unusual issues. Lastly, I find the onboarding process can be more challenging than anticipated, particularly with PAC file and agent deployment in large fleets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zscaler Internet Access to secure internet traffic with zero-trust policies, cut latency, ensure consistent policy enforcement, reduce hardware dependency, and gain visibility into unsanctioned app usage.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides strong security through a simple, cloud-based approach, allowing users to work securely from anywhere without impacting performance. It also offers excellent visibility and centralized control, along with Zero Trust protection against modern cyber threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and policy configuration can be complex, particularly in larger environments. Also, when traffic gets blocked, troubleshooting it can sometimes take deeper analysis to pinpoint the cause.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my data safe on the internet, whether I’m in the office or working remotely, and it also makes security management easier for the IT team to monitor.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the strong security of Zscaler Internet Access, providing me secure web gateway access without a traditional and slow VPN. The fast cloud access and easy management make it much more efficient. It improves productivity with secure internet access and simple policy management. I also found the setup and deployment easy with minimal effort. Additionally, the service's reliable performance and easy management led me to rate it 9 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes web filtering is too strict and blocks safe websites. Improving policy flexibility and troubleshooting would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zscaler Internet Access for secure web access, blocking threats, and maintaining policy compliance remotely. It secures internet and SaaS without exposing us to phishing and breaches, improves productivity, and meets compliance with better speed and security than our old VPN.

What do you like best about the product?

It maintains a flawless user experience while offering reliable defense against viruses, online dangers, and illegal access. Users can be easily secured no matter where they are because to the scalability and centralized policy management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity of policy configuration and troubleshooting, particularly in big contexts, is a disadvantage of Zscaler Internet Access. Traffic inspection can occasionally cause a small amount of latency, and a thorough log examination may be necessary to identify access problems. Additionally, the reporting interface could be easier to use for routine administrative tasks.
