Initial policy configuration can be complex, reporting dashboards could be more intuitive, and pricing is on the higher side compared to legacy tools we used.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zscaler for secure VPN connectivity to access my company network and work applications. The UI is simple, and it’s easy to check whether I’m connected. It usually runs quietly in the background without interrupting my work, and the connection is reliable with good performance. It also works well with the applications I use every day. Automatic security checks and intelligent access controls help protect my connection without requiring extra steps from me. Overall, it makes my remote work easier, improves productivity, and provides good value for secure access. Setup and onboarding are straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Zscaler takes a little longer to connect or reconnect when I’m switching networks. When there’s a connection issue, the error messages aren’t very clear, so it can be difficult to know whether the problem is with Zscaler, my internet, or the company network. It would help if it provided better connection details and simpler troubleshooting steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zscaler solves the problem of securely connecting to my company network and work applications. Since I work remotely, it provides reliable VPN connectivity, protects internet traffic, and applies security checks automatically in the background. This allows me to access the tools I need from different locations without a complicated setup. It saves time, reduces connection issues, and helps me stay productive while keeping my company data secure.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Zscaler Internet Access keeps our information safe from unauthorized access and blocks unwanted traffic into our computer system. It also monitors our online behaviors, ensuring protection from hackers and viruses. The automatic setup by the IT department was convenient as part of our weekly updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
We sometimes find that it blocks sites we use even though they are approved and deemed safe by our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zscaler Internet Access to secure our internet usage, protecting us from hackers and viruses, while keeping our information safe and blocking unwanted traffic.

What do you like best about the product?
Total control of Internet access through the Browser, an excellent security policy, and the possibility of adopting a Zero Trust model. The Cloud platform allows complete control.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup is very cumbersome and compiling whitelists and policies is quite complex. Also, the browser's performance is a bit slowed down. Furthermore, the technical support seemed a bit cumbersome as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The monitoring of browsing sites greatly helps to prevent problems with Zero Trust and to counter hidden cyber threats by inspecting all traffic.
