Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

This contract combines two pricing dimensions. You pay a monthly subscription fee based on your active Study-Site count, so cost scales with the number of sites running trials. You also purchase an Annual Commitment as a Starter Pack, billed on a yearly term. Together, these dimensions set your baseline annual commitment plus the per-site subscription that grows or shrinks with your active site usage. The eBinders product digitizes investigator site files and participant binders for research sites.

A Study-Site is a research site actively running trials on the platform. Your monthly fee reflects how many sites are active during that period. The count rises or falls with your active sites, so the subscription tracks current usage rather than a fixed number.
The two charges bill independently and appear together. You pay the Annual Commitment Starter Pack on a yearly term as a baseline. Separately, you pay the per-site subscription each month based on active Study-Site count. The monthly site charge scales with usage, while the annual commitment stays fixed.

What do you like best about the product?
Digital files are much easier to manage, and Florence is easier to use than any of the other software products we piloted. Since implementing, we have had excellent customer support and response to our feedback. Part 11 compliance is the number one reason we have been able to implement and continue to get support from our site. Monitors love it, and it allows for excellent quality control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Florence is very customizable, so it takes a lot of work for setup and to create our site templates. It is an ongoing process. It takes regular oversight and management, and that is time and resources spent by our site.

Part 11 compliance for personal records, digital records, digital signature collection, digital file storage, remote access, remote monitoring, and full audit trail access

I don't like that you couldn't add a sigature field for PI's to sign
