EasyPA FHIR Explorer turns any FHIR R4 endpoint into a browsable, searchable, exportable surface your team can actually use. Subscribe in minutes, point Explorer at the FHIR endpoint your team already works with, get a working FHIR browser - no install, no SDK, no code. What Explorer does:
- Renders any FHIR R4 resource in a clean web UI: search, sort, filter, and paginate by any FHIR search parameter
- Exposes the same access through a REST API for automation and scripting
- Validates resources against US Core 6.1 profiles
- Exports search results as JSON or NDJSON for downstream tooling
- Renders raw JSON per-resource with copy-as-curl for debugging
- Keeps a 90-day audit log of every read
Works against the FHIR endpoint that fits your stack: an included managed HealthLake datastore (provisioned automatically per tenant), an existing AWS HealthLake datastore, or any FHIR R4-compliant REST endpoint such as Azure FHIR, Google Healthcare API, Aidbox, HAPI, or others.
Limits on the included managed datastore: 10,000 reads per month (HTTP 429 above the limit), 2 requests per second per tenant. Reads against an existing HealthLake or external FHIR endpoint pass through to that endpoint.
Compliance: SOC 2 Type II certified, HIPAA-compliant, continuously monitored via Vanta with completed third-party audits. Business Associate Agreement (BAA) available on request.
