Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Florence SiteLink uses a contract-based pricing model with two dimensions. The Active Study Site dimension charges a monthly subscription fee based on how many active study sites you have connected. Your cost scales up or down with that site count. The Annual Commitment dimension is a Starter Pack billed as a yearly commitment. Together, these let you cover a baseline entry commitment while paying an ongoing per-site fee that reflects your actual active site usage.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one active study site for the monthly subscription fee?
An active study site is a research site you have connected to the platform for document distribution, monitoring, and exchange. The platform links to each site digitally. Your monthly fee reflects how many of these connected sites are active during the billing period.
How do the two dimensions combine on my bill?
Both dimensions bill together. The Annual Commitment Starter Pack is a yearly baseline commitment. The Active Study Site fee is charged per active site each month. Your recurring cost is driven by your active site count, which scales up or down with usage.
What happens to my monthly cost if my active site count changes?
The Active Study Site fee is charged per active site each month, so your monthly cost moves with your site count. Adding active sites raises the monthly fee. Reducing active sites lowers it. The Annual Commitment Starter Pack stays fixed as a yearly baseline.
