Arch improves the ability of companies to dynamically manage high performance cloud workstation infrastructure in a way that improves the lives of teams who need access to powerful computers and IT resources. Tackle demanding compute workflows, from anywhere, at any time, on any device. Set up Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud workstation, storage, and render farm data centers in minutes across the globe and deploy cloud workstations in seconds. Arch also supports brokering your on-prem workstation facilities. The Arch platform is there so no matter what challenge the world throws at our clients, they can rapidly, securely, and effectively adjust to keep their teams running full speed ahead.
Highlights
Powerful cloud data center, workstation creation and management: build powerful cloud or hybrid cloud facilities around the globe in minutes. Quickly scale cloud workstations with your favorite software to support any demanding media, content, simulation, engineering or AI related workflow. Make on premise workstations available alongside cloud ones.
Secure, scalable storage and render: Elastic storage scales with projects so you never pay for what is not needed; complete jobs quickly at a fraction of the cost with elastic compute applied to jobs like rendering, simulation, code build, and AI training.
Work from anywhere, any time: Arch incorporates enterprise grade security. Your entire facility is in a secure virtual private cloud orchestrated with Private Link and API Gateway. Workstations and resources are accessible at any time, from anywhere. Facility dashboards, which display all workstation, storage and other IT infrastructure resources, along with analytics, team and group assignments, are available via a single pane of glass.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Your total price combines several parts that stack together. You start with a Monthly Platform Base Subscription, which includes five cloud workstations. You then add workstations three ways: Cloud Workstations on an annual commitment, Burst Workstations on a monthly commitment, and On-Premise Workstations on an annual commitment. Managed services are billed monthly at either MS Standard (standard hours) or MS Premium (premium hours). Platform capabilities like a render farm, second facility, or identity integration are billed through the Monthly Platform Add-on Subscription. A one-time Setup & Installation fee covers deployment and onboarding.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one workstation unit for billing across the workstation dimensions?
A workstation unit is one virtual desktop assigned to an end user. Each workstation combines a hardware instance configuration with a software image. You count one unit per deployed workstation, whether it runs in the cloud or, for On-Premise Workstations, on your own physical hardware.
How do Cloud Workstations, Burst Workstations, and On-Premise Workstations differ in commitment and billing?
Cloud Workstations and On-Premise Workstations both bill monthly per workstation on an annual commitment, suiting steady long-term use. Burst Workstations bill monthly per workstation on a monthly commitment, suiting short-term or peak demand. All charges apply per workstation and add to the same invoice.
How do these dimensions combine, and which drives most of my monthly cost?
You pay the Monthly Platform Base Subscription plus per-workstation fees, managed services (MS Standard or MS Premium), and any Monthly Platform Add-on Subscription. The one-time Setup & Installation fee applies once. Workstation counts usually drive the largest recurring portion. Note that AWS usage costs are separate and not included.
