What do you like best about the product?
We've managed to slash our operating costs by over 70% while improving our delivery times by more than 80%. I really like the way these tools work in identifying automation opportunities from their interactions to build intelligent and effective workflows. The results are impressive with the amount of data analyzed enables us to provide the directors and investors with truly incredible in-depth insights that they were never able to get, and this is how IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation turns the into data-based decision-making. I'm a fan of the built-in AI capabilities, which allow me to hand over some of the more minor duties to the tool while I focus on higher-level work. They brought to us the most advanced AI-powered automation that increases the speed of processing, reduces errors, and minimizes the risk of human-mistakes, reducing costs and saving thousands of hours. The more time we save for them, the more costs they save, and the higher customer satisfaction score they achieve. My experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation has been outstanding. It's very intuitive and simple to use, and it's saving us an impressive amount of time and thousands of dollars instead of hiring experts whose salaries are much higher than what we pay for this cloud, assuming you can find a great-skilled talent who can do repetitive and boring tasks at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only con that I see which is a huge con for some of my clients, is the low number of the pre-built workflows is reflecting negatively with the clients, which could impede the platform's adoption. So, IBM should consider opening up to the community and encouraging them to contribute to the solution's workflow library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've achieved a lot of success since the day we started to use this automation cloud from IBM. The impressive results and the great ROI we achieved in such a short period of time within the first month of using these cloud tools, especially the RPA and Process Mining, and the super-powers of their AI and ML, boosted our performance with better decision-making, and as we were going through all this, our clients were watching too. The greatest transition in our journey began from the day we started to offer this cloud as a service to our clients and started implementing it and providing full support and management for them, We're confident that we'll be able to lower the costs for our clients by over 90% of their costs and even more this year after the successful digital transformations of the pandemic and the work-from-home transitions that led us to deploy more automation tools for the businesses in Egypt to transform their operation from the old manual workflow to the new digital transition to boost the performance and get rid of all the repetitive tasks and manual labor to give a space for the creative minds when we explained to them how a digital transformation could maximize their performance and boost their production to achieve a higher ROI in such a short time with the digital workforce they get after deploying the bots and the process mining magic with the great metrics and process mapping magic they get from their own data and ERP log files.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool more than anything because the user interface is excellent and feels very comfortable, I liked the creation of containers and data virtualization, it is also excellent that it provides functions in particular data-centric packages that make work life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functions are very good but we always have problems with the backup and sometimes it crashes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used to provide services such as databases and improve performance and everything in the cloud, and privacy and offers very effective analytical services.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a secure and reliable data cloud, this is the solution for you.

What do you like best about the product?
With the help of IBM Cloud park we were able to perform a huge number of manual tasks via automation. It's not only an automation tool to mimic the human action it's actually an Intelligent Document processing solution where AI is used to perform logical things.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations multiple users can't login to the machine at a time and while running the process the other activities should be in hold state but this quite impossible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Post IBM Cloud park deployment we can clearly see the impact that this product has made. Especially unlike other RPA tools it is AI Powered tool with the help of this will be able to do the decision flow with more accuracy. It helped to reduce our manual effort tremendously.
