Kaizen Copilot helps Industrial Engineers and Production Supervisors boost productivity, quality, and safety on their manual assembly lines. It uses proprietary Generative Artificial Intelligence technology to help improve workstation design and motion economy, balance lines, perform thorough ergonomic evaluations, and accelerate P-FMEA analyses.
Industrial Engineers (IEs) are often struggling with workload and knowledge sharing which limits their ability to maximize productivity.
According to the Senior Manager of Industrial Engineering at a leading electronics company, "We can save 10-15 percent in operator headcount on our lines, when we quickly identify non-value add work and minimize cycle times when a new product is introduced."
Kaizen Copilot uses video recordings of assembly processes to automatically provide actionable suggestions on how individual stations and entire lines can be improved for motion economy, quality, and worker fatigue.
It further provides state-of-the-art video based ergonomic analyses including the industry-standard REBA, RULA, and OWAS analyses, NIOSH Lifting Guidelines, and SNOOK tables.
Kaizen Copilot's P-FMEA functionality enables semi-automatic generation and efficient maintenance of FMEA and control plans.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy Kaizen Copilot through a contract priced by units. The first dimension charges a set cost per client unit, so your total scales with the number of units you commit to. The second dimension is not a fixed public rate. Instead, you request a private offer, which lets Retrocausal tailor terms and quantities to your specific needs. Both dimensions cover the same cloud-based platform, delivered on a contract basis. Use the per-unit option for standard purchases, and the private offer path when you need custom pricing or volume arrangements.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one unit represent when I buy Kaizen Copilot?
A unit maps to a client license tied to a workstation or station analyzed on the platform. You count units by how many stations or client seats your team needs. Your per-unit charge multiplies by the number of units you commit to under the contract.
Does the per-unit price cover a cloud service, on-premise install, or both?
The unit charge covers the cloud-native platform, which runs on AWS and is accessible from any location with internet. Model training and analytics are hosted in the cloud. On-premise deployments carry higher minimum commitments and separate installation and support arrangements, handled outside the standard per-unit rate.
What is not included in the per-unit software cost?
The per-unit cost covers platform access only. You supply your own recording hardware, such as an ordinary smartphone or a standard webcam, since no new equipment ships with the license. Optional connections to your knowledge bases or secure configurations are arranged separately through the private offer path.
