BEEM is a fully managed data platform built on Amazon Redshift, with a generative AI layer running on Amazon Bedrock inside the customer's own dedicated AWS account. It replaces the separate ingestion tool, warehouse, transformation layer, BI tool and data engineering team that a mid-market company would otherwise assemble to answer basic questions about its own operations.
THE PROBLEM
A 200-person company running an ERP, a CRM and a dozen SaaS tools cannot answer "what did margin do last quarter, by branch?" without someone exporting spreadsheets for a week. Building it in-house means an ELT vendor, a warehouse, a modelling layer, a BI tool, and two or three data engineers to keep them running. BEEM delivers the same outcome as a single managed service: first dashboards in the first week, full platform setup in about 10 days.
THE PLATFORM
Connect. Over 700 pre-built connectors pull from ERP systems, CRMs, accounting packages, marketing platforms and custom databases into Amazon S3 and Amazon Redshift. AWS Database Migration Service handles continuous replication from source databases including Amazon RDS. AWS Transfer Family covers SFTP and file feeds. AWS Site-to-Site VPN and a persistent on-premises bridge reach systems behind a corporate firewall without exposing them to the internet. Where a system has no connector, BEEM builds one, including for legacy and industry-specific software.
Model. Analysts build versioned datasets in SQL against Redshift, with automated data tests that fail a pipeline before bad numbers reach a dashboard. AWS Glue and AWS Lambda run the transformations; AWS Step Functions orchestrates them on a schedule or on an event. Amazon Athena queries the S3 layer directly where a full warehouse load is not warranted.
Build with AI. Data engineering itself is AI-assisted. Describe the dataset, transformation or connector you need and BEEM drafts it, with an engineer reviewing before it ships. A small team can maintain a warehouse that would otherwise need several engineers.
Ask. BEEM AI answers plain-English questions against governed datasets and returns a written answer, a table or a chart, showing the query it ran so an analyst can verify the logic. It runs as Insights for ad-hoc questions, an Assistant embedded in the workspace, and Agents that run recurring analyses on a schedule.
Dashboard. BEEM AI Dashboards are built and maintained by describing what you want, so a business owner can change their own reporting without a BI specialist or a ticket. Modelled data can equally be served to external tools: Microsoft Power BI, Amazon QuickSight and Tableau are all supported destinations, and reverse ETL pushes data back into operational systems.
Predict. Amazon Redshift ML trains and runs forecasting, churn scoring and segmentation models inside the warehouse, without moving data out.
Operate. BEEM's engineers run the platform: connector maintenance, pipeline monitoring, infrastructure, upgrades and security. When a vendor ships a breaking API change, BEEM updates the connector before pipelines fail.
PRIVACY
Each customer's data and AI run in a private, dedicated AWS account. Inference goes through Amazon Bedrock in that account: Anthropic's Claude models by default, other Bedrock models available. Business data never reaches a multi-tenant AI service and is never used to train a model, which makes the AI layer deployable in regulated settings like finance and healthcare.

Consolidate ERP and CRM reporting. Unify finance, sales and operations data in one Redshift warehouse and report on margin, pipeline and utilisation from a single source.
Migrate on-premises databases to the cloud. Replicate SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL into Redshift with AWS DMS over a Site-to-Site VPN, keeping existing reporting running throughout.
Retire manual spreadsheet reporting. Replace recurring exports and hand-built workbooks with automated pipelines and scheduled dashboards.
Give business owners their own reporting. Functional leads create and adjust AI Dashboards for their own area instead of queuing behind a BI specialist.
Add governed AI to data you already have. BEEM AI runs on existing Redshift datasets, so it does not require re-platforming.
Forecast and segment. Amazon Redshift ML for demand forecasting, churn scoring and customer segmentation.

Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

This listing combines base plans, usage charges, and optional add-ons. You choose one plan: Essential Plan, Pro Plan, or Enterprise Plan. Plans differ by included workspaces and dashboards. A Data Processing Unit, or DPU, represents cloud compute used to ingest, transform, and orchestrate your data. Your DPU count varies with query complexity, pipeline size, and how much data you move. You pay per DPU consumed during the previous billing cycle, on top of your plan's base cost.
All three bill together on one invoice. Your plan sets a base cost. Data Processing Units bill per unit for compute and scale with query complexity and pipeline volume. Storage bills per GB for data held in your data lake and warehouse. Compute-heavy pipelines raise DPU costs; large stored datasets raise storage costs.
The Pro Plan and Enterprise Plan support add-ons like VPN, Cloud Connect, and On-premise Database Bridge. The Enterprise Plan already bundles one VPN and one Database Migration Service. You attach add-ons as separate line items when your data sources need private, on-premise, or multi-cloud connectivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its visual representation of creating a video platform without any knowledge of code which makes me mesmerize about this product. It helps in creating our own platform with a sub domain link what we want to have.
