AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers five separate contract options. Three follow the Data Platform editions: Foundation, Advanced, and Premium. These editions build on each other, with Advanced and Premium adding more monitoring, orchestration, and cyber resilience. Each is sold in a 10-instance pack with 24/7 support. Backup for Microsoft 365 is priced per user, also with 24/7 support. Kasten K10 Enterprise is licensed per node for Kubernetes data management and includes Basic Support. You pick the dimensions that match your workloads, then scale by adding instance packs, users, or nodes as needed.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one instance for the Data Platform Foundation, Advanced, and Premium editions?
An instance is a protected workload, such as a virtual machine, physical server, or application. Each of these editions is sold in a 10-instance pack. You count the workloads you need to protect, then buy enough packs to cover them, adding packs as your environment grows.
How is Kasten K10 Enterprise billed, and how does that differ from the Data Platform editions?
Kasten K10 Enterprise is licensed per node for Kubernetes protection, where a node is a machine in your cluster. The Data Platform editions bill in 10-instance packs by protected workload. Kasten scales as you add nodes; the editions scale as you add instance packs. They bill independently on the same invoice.
What does one user cover under Backup for Microsoft 365?
Backup for Microsoft 365 is priced per user, so each protected Microsoft 365 account counts as one unit. You scale cost by adding users as your organization grows. This dimension bills separately from the Data Platform editions and Kasten K10, each with its own unit and count.
