AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Talkdesk Express uses a single usage-based pricing dimension. You pay based on which products you use and your interaction volume. There are no fixed tiers or seat counts to select on the Marketplace. Instead, your cost scales with how much you use across the products and channels you enable. This means charges rise or fall in line with actual customer interaction activity. The product targets start-ups and small businesses seeking customer service tools. Because rates depend on your product mix and volume, contact the vendor to confirm the rates that apply to your specific usage.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What determines how much I pay under Talkdesk Express usage rates?
Two factors drive your cost: which products you enable and your interaction volume. As you use more products or handle more customer interactions, charges rise. Products can serve voice or digital channels. Because rates depend on your product mix and volume, contact the vendor to confirm the rates for your usage.
What counts as an interaction for billing purposes?
An interaction is a customer contact handled across the products you enable, spanning voice or digital channels. Volume tracks these interactions as they occur. The listing does not spell out the exact counting method for each product. Contact the vendor to confirm how interactions are measured for your specific product mix.
Does my cost change if my interaction volume drops in a given period?
Yes. This is usage-based pricing, so charges track actual activity. When your interaction volume falls, your usage charges fall in line with it. When volume rises, charges rise. There are no fixed seat counts to lock in. Contact the vendor to confirm the rates applied to your product mix.

Talkdesk Transcription and Reporting Keep Me on Track
Reviewed on Aug 12, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Talkdesk transcribes calls and offers a lot of useful reporting tools that help me track my progress and stay focused on my monthly goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only thing that isn’t helpful is when calls come in from unknown numbers. If possible, I’d like more information provided about the caller. I’d also like the automated system to limit the amount of time it takes for members to reach us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mainly for verifying members and transcribing calls.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Talkdesk is its flexibility and how easily the platform can be adapted to different business needs. Talkdesk Studio makes it relatively simple to build and adjust IVR flows, routing rules, queues, and other call-handling logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area I think Talkdesk could improve is the complexity of some integrations, particularly with platforms like Salesforce. While the integration capabilities are powerful, certain configurations and troubleshooting scenarios can require significant technical knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk helps us solve several challenges related to managing a complex customer service operation. It centralizes call handling, routing, queues, callbacks, and agent management, making it easier to support different teams, markets, and languages.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is very easy to use, and whenever I have questions or run into issues, the Talkdesk team is quick to respond with answers or help get the problem resolved. Maria Diaz has been amazing to work with on all of our projects, and she consistently makes herself available when we need her.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve been using Talkdesk for three years, and I honestly haven’t found anything I don’t like about it. The only improvement I’d like to see is an easier way to build and customize reports, so reporting feels more straightforward to set up and adjust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk has streamlined all of our communications by bringing our phone, chat, and text conversations into one platform, and tying everything together through integration with our CRM program.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is a valuable tool because it helps keep calls, customer notes, and interactions organized and easy to track. It also gives better visibility into call volume, missed calls, agent statuses, and overall activity, which helps with follow-up and accountability. The call recordings and reporting are especially helpful for QA, coaching, and identifying trends so we can continue improving team performance and the customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I do not have many concerns with Talkdesk. The main challenge is making sure statuses, missed calls, and customer information are updated accurately, especially when call volume is high. Even with that, Talkdesk is still a very useful tool for keeping calls organized, reviewing interactions, and helping the team stay on track.

Talkdesk helps improve call tracking, visibility, and overall organization for the team. It makes it easier to monitor call volume, missed calls, agent statuses, and customer interactions, which supports accountability and timely follow-up. It is also helpful for QA and coaching since calls can be reviewed to provide feedback, identify trends, and support training.
