Billing tracks the number of users in your account. Full users can create, edit, and run workflows with broad access. Light or portal users have restricted access, limited to portals and their inbox. Demo and troubleshooting users with @nextmatter.com email addresses are not counted for billing.
Billing adjusts automatically based on the number of users in your account. Adding users raises the count; offboarding lowers it. Best practice is to revoke passwords before deleting users and reassign their tasks. Contact vendor support to update your subscription plan or invoicing details.
The standard model is cloud software-as-a-service hosted on European servers, with data stored in the European Union. Enterprise customers can request added deployment options: a dedicated environment on vendor servers, or most local or third-party cloud environments.
