Matters is an AI native data security platform that thinks like a security engineer, built to protect sensitive data wherever it lives and however it moves. Across cloud, SaaS, and endpoints, Matters does more than scan for patterns. It understands what your data means, who is interacting with it and why. By combining semantic intelligence, behavioral context , and real-time enforcement , it detects threats in motion and stops them before they become incidents, without slowing teams down. From DSPM to insider risk, exfiltration defense to dynamic DLP, Matters replaces five siloed tools with one intelligent layer that sees, understands, and secures what matters most.
At Matters, we believe the future of security is AI-native. Built by security engineers, for security teams, Matters is an AI native data security platform that thinks like an AI Security Engineer, built to protect sensitive data wherever it lives and however it moves.
We help fast-growing companies and global enterprises secure sensitive information across cloud, SaaS, endpoints, and on-prem systems. While legacy tools drown teams in noise, we bring context, intent modeling, and intelligent automation to every decision. Our mission is simple: make security smarter, faster, and built for the way modern teams work.
Highlights
Advanced Data Detection & Response -> Detect intent, not just anomalies. Matters doesn't wait for DLP rules to fail. It detects and responds to suspicious data movement in real time using behavioral analysis and content awareness.
Data Security Posture Management -> Real-time visibility. Zero guesswork. Matters DSPM gives you a unified, real-time view of your sensitive data, no matter where it lives. From cloud and on-prem to SaaS and endpoints, we map your entire data landscape, continuously assess risk, and guide precise remediation.
Insider Data Risk Management ->Predict risk before insiders become incidents. Let's say a backend developer with access to GitHub starts cloning private repositories at 11 PM, then uploads files to a personal OneDrive. No red flags are raised because they technically had access. But it's still an insider threat. Matters is built to catch this before it turns into a breach.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy the Enterprise Plan under a single contract sized for 250TB of data. Pricing is not tiered — this is one all-inclusive package billed as a fixed commitment. The 250TB figure sets the data capacity the platform covers for discovery, classification, and monitoring. All listed capabilities come bundled together, including data discovery and classification, DSPM dashboards, data lineage, policy enforcement, access controls, alerts, AI security posture management, endpoint and network monitoring, auto-remediation, API access, hybrid deployment, and multi-tenancy. There are no separate add-ons or usage-based charges to select; everything is part of the one contract.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does the 250TB figure cover, and what happens if my data grows beyond it?
The 250TB sets the data volume the platform discovers, classifies, and monitors across cloud, SaaS, and endpoints. It covers the total data the platform actively scans and tracks. If your data grows beyond this capacity, contact the vendor to arrange coverage, since the contract is fixed at 250TB.
Since this is a fixed contract, does my cost change if I use fewer features or scan less data?
No. This is a single all-inclusive contract billed as a fixed commitment for 250TB of coverage. The price stays the same whether you use all bundled capabilities or only some. There are no usage-based charges or per-feature metering that would raise or lower the bill during the term.
What environments and data types does the bundled monitoring cover under this contract?
Coverage spans cloud platforms, SaaS file shares, and endpoints running Windows, Mac, and Linux. The platform tracks sensitive data such as personal information, intellectual property, source code, and financial records. Endpoint discovery, network egress monitoring, and auto-remediation for cloud and SaaS are all part of the one contract.

SaaS delivers cloud-based software applications directly to customers over the internet. You can access these applications through a subscription model. You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.
AWS Support is a one-on-one, fast-response support channel that is staffed 24x7x365 with experienced and technical support engineers. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the products and features provided by Amazon Web Services.
Onit is an AI-powered legal operations platform that helps enterprises automate and streamline complex legal workflows, including matter management, legal spend, and contract lifecycle management. Built on a low-code framework, Onit enables teams to create custom applications, leverage AI for smarter decision-making, and integrate seamlessly across the enterprise. Designed for scalability, the platform grows with your business, supporting evolving legal and operational needs at every stage.
AI Spark is a governed entry point for AI: a bounded operational use case connected through TomorrowX Data Mediation™, deployed into your AWS account, without replacing existing systems. Many AI ideas stall between demonstration and production because live workflows introduce real data, identity, approvals and risk. AI Spark connects the model to a meaningful but contained workflow through a governed mediation boundary, so data access, output handling and action are controlled and evidenced from the start. Organisations retain full control of infrastructure, security and network boundaries, including in regulated, secure and air gapped environments. Designed for partner-led delivery, AI Spark produces an operational proof with visible controls and evidence for business, risk and technical stakeholders, and a reusable capability for scaling AI adoption.
