At Artisca, we have developed this application, designed
specifically to facilitate the organization of contests for party groups, associations, etc. It incorporates exclusive features that allow members to easily manage
internal activities, participate in contests, and coordinate events, making
each celebration more organized, accessible, and fun.
Civenda is designed to manage, organize, and streamline the internal functioning of contests and the groups that comprise them. We offer an application that centralizes all management tasks. Administrators can control internal documentation, coordinate relevant communications, manage contests and events, and keep rankings and activities up to date.
The main objective is to improve coordination between all members, whether they are administrators or members of the groups, increase participation in competitions, and offer a more fluid experience for all members. With our app, you can unify all management, send notifications about any changes or news, and communicate the creation or modification of events through the notification panel or by email.
The inclusion of AI for the validation of photographic entries reduces one of the most tedious tasks of the contest by 85%. It is also important to mention the generative AI chat, which filters most of the questions that users may have about the contest or the application itself.
Other key features include the ability to manage registration for activities in a simple way, giving the organization a clear forecast of the groups that will be participating in each activity, and the possibility of creating virtual contests.
In addition, the application has an intuitive and accessible interface, designed so that any member of the group can use it easily.

Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

Civenda uses a contract model priced by the number of associations you license. You choose a tier for 50, 100, or 300 associations, each covering a 1-year term. These tiers scale with the size of your organization, so you pick the count that matches your active associations. If none of the fixed tiers fit your needs, the Personalized quote option lets you request custom pricing for a different volume. All tiers share the same 1-year commitment; only the association count changes.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one association for billing purposes?
An association is a group, club, or peña that you manage within the platform. Each tier licenses a set number of these groups: 50, 100, or 300. You count the active associations your organization runs, then pick the tier that covers that number.
What happens if my number of associations grows past the tier I bought?
The tiers cover fixed counts of 50, 100, or 300 associations. If your active associations exceed the count you licensed, you move to a higher tier that covers the larger number. If no fixed tier fits, use the Personalized quote option to request pricing for your volume.
Does the license cover setup, training, or configuration for my organization?
The platform is built to use without technical training, and the Artisca team supports the initial configuration. Each license covers a 1-year term for the association count you select. The tiers differ only in that count, not in included capabilities.
