    What do you like best about the product?
    Onboarding experience was incredible and nothing like I have been involved with before. The team was so thorough and patient. It was truly a pleasure to work with Bynder from start to onboarding finish.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Implementation with non-SSO users seems to be hard. Users are having difficulty signing in, although they are listed as approved users.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Bynder is reducing inbox and messaging clutter and allowing global team members to autonomously access required materials

    The ease of searchability and AI functions.

    The interface could be designed a little better, but really there's nothing I dislike about Bynder.

    Bynder is creating ease of search and eliminating duplicate images, logos, and videos.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love how customizable it is for all of your DAM functions. It is so very thorough and I appreciate that we can make it unique to our internal teams and external clients.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I have found that when setting up guides, there are not a lot of ways to streamline workflows properly. For example, I cannot copy one page from one guide into another guide - I would have to build out the entire page again.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Bynder provides us with a solution that our employees can access all brand elements at any time, download the most up to date version of things that get frequently revised, and enables us to incorporate a trustworthy source of assets.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Easy asset access and metadata-based filtering instead of folder structure which makes it scalable and caters for API solutions. The Bynder team has also showed excellent service and goal oriented customer support.

    When LUMENE crafted a new taxonomy to include more brands in the scope, Marlot and her team was excellent in their technical ability to find best solutions and always made the meetings and stages engaging which made the otherwise tedious tasks easy.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some of the administrative features can be quite hard to intuitively understand if they cause conflicting results. Fx. if metadata options are hidden for certain groups it may or may not conflict with another group and the only way of knowing is to live test or reach out to customer success manager which slows down the configuration process.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Effortlessly store and manage assets for distribution across brands, functions and external partners. It also offers a solution for asset rights management.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love seeing all of my assets in one place. The tagging and filtering is extremely useful, and will create a unified experience for our organization and partners who are looking for approved assets. I'm looking forward to sharing collections with talent from our photoshoots in a safe and secure way, as well as enabling everyone else in our organization the ability to access our media. It has been super user friendly and easy to use, individuals are able to get in right away and find what they need.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The only thing I struggle with in Bynder currently is the bulk tagging of assets that require specific unique metaproperties. While I can go and bulk tag the broader categories, I'm required to individually select each asset that requires specific tags. When I'm tagging batches of hundreds of images it starts taking up time and I'm required to double check everything multiple times to make sure nothing was mistagged in the process.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    With our growing volume of media production, the DAM will enable us to operate as a unified organization rather than in siloed media departments. It will centralize how we store and share media, helping our campaigns, ads, and marketing materials tell a more cohesive brand story. Additionally, it will provide visibility into our media output over time, allowing us to better assess production volume and budget efficiency year over year.
